Not sure if it was pointed out, but minimalizing the game at any point, say main menu, multi, solo, options causes the game to crash, specifically to not to return from altabbing. It was working but shortly before resugence pack it just stopped. I don't really want to mess with my origin downloaded game so will appriciate simple solutions.

Alt-tab still works fine for me. Did you change any settings recently?

Suspect that it's related to Origin: you can't get back to the desktop every time you click on the Window's Logo key. I posted this back with the demo and nothing happened AFAIK.
ME and ME 2 would allow you to go back to the desktop with the Logo key anytime.

Starting the game, ant then ALT+TAB (before "Press any button to continue" screen) causes the game to stop responding in my case. After that it works fine.

Actually this has been an issue for me from the very beginning (even in the demo), and for me, it can only go back to the game BEFORE the "press any button to continue" screen, and after that, if I alt-tab out, then it doesn't open up again.

I've had this problem with previous games. You could set it to borderless window mode?
