Has anyone figured out where the commander's statue is yet?  After reading the four chapters of history, I get the idea that you have to speak the words from the ritual in front of a statue of him to get his sword and I can not for the life of me find it!   Any ideas?

Not sure if you're still looking for this. But there's a statue outside the keep, however you're actually looking for the portrait on the second floor (above the fireplace) - examine that, recite the oath and the sword, a master silverite rune and a couple of other bits can be yours.
