I've heard that say, Energy Drain does 3x versus shields and .5 versus health, is this true?
How much does Warp or Carnage do against armor, and how do these bonuses interract with the power's damage?

Is it multiplied by the base, or treated like the headshot multipliers and calculated after the passive bonuses?
