So, those who've devoted their time to completing hundreds of levels on Angry Birds or whatever they decide to play, they aren't worthy of being labeled as a gamer, like you and me just because they don't play on a console?Logan Cloud wrote...
I think that's a load of crap. If you play Angry Birds on your phone while you wait for the bus, you're not a gamer. If you play some Tetris while you're babysitting your sister, you're not a gamer. If you played Rockband with your friends for your birthday, you're not a gamer.
You're not a gamer, because you've picked up a controller. You're a gamer when you've devoted time to it.
So what point are you trying to prove there exactly? You just confirmed what I said. You're not a gamer, unless you've devoted time to it.
No, I didn't "confirm" any of your wild imaginings.
I questioned your ridiculous beliefs. Gamers are gamers. What they decide to play does not matter.
Whether you like it or not, casual gaming is, in fact, gaming.
