The heavy ink on my hoodie that is the graphics is creasing whenever I put it down... The problem is: the creases DON'T GO AWAY! I can't iron it or the graphics will melt, I can't do anything! please help since when I actually got the hoodie there were a lot of creases to begin with... I'm honestly ready to send it back and get a refund if I can't keep the quality I was expecting to receive when I paid over 100 dollars for this. any tips would be helpful, and if there is a way to return it and get a full refund, I would love to know so I could get my money back for a product that can't stay nice even right out of the plastic.

I can't comment on how to fix it but if you decide too contact the store, do it through the store site. Log in, click on your user name, then go to contact us or whatever it specifically says. Thats how you get in direct contact with the store's customer support.
Sorry to hear its creasing, sounds like there are numerous problems with the stripe like colour loss, etc.
