Reorte, you may be right, but I've come too far to give up at this point. Even if it has no effect, at least we will have tried. (And tried, and tried.) I do believe that the Retake movement has had an effect (free Ending DLC, postponement of the Omega DLC's release, free MP DLC, which was probably intended to be PAID, EA's stock drop). Right now all Bioware is seeing is the stick, so I'd like to offer them a carrot as well. Fair enough. I'll join in (not going to be able to play much on Saturday though, I've got my parents visiting). After all, there's no harm in trying. Edit to add - won't be doing the Twitter part, I don't have anything to do with Twitter.

You make a good point about the carrot too. I've had a fear since this started that even if we get something brilliant out of the Ending DLC it may put them off doing any more at all. There needs to be a message that, as well as "give us rubbish and you'll never see a penny" we will also say "give us great stuff and we'll happily keep spending."

Thanks for your support! I do feel sorry for Bioware to some extent, because this really should have been an unalloyed triumph for them. I'm hoping they can pull off a miracle and save the situation, but they need some help to get there.

I will set my alarm, as I have to sleep and rest a lot, and that could be any hour of the day. ;-)

You don't have to set an alarm! Just play any time on Saturday during your time zone's ON time and turn it off for the entire OFF time. Also avoid coming here during your OFF time.

I think that everybody should inform BW that her/his turn on/off is intentionally not accidentally action to show how huge (I hope so) our campaign is. If not via tweeter maybe via FB or even mail fe contact@bioware.com

I would be carefull BioWare have a tendency to lock threads that "try" to get people not to play their game.... Hell they disbanded the group Hold the Wallet just for being their....

Ha, timing of this is excellent. I should just finish up my second play through by the end of next Saturday. I will not play beyond Marauder Shields but just the thought of the ending is going to depress me enough, not to be able to do anything on Sunday anyway so this should work out.

EDIT: Oh crap, forgot about the time zones. Well, I'll stretch it out a little to finish at 5pm on Sunday.

Also, if any trolls show up, we all need to be polite so Bioware has no cause to lock this thread.

Bioware may not know it, but we're actually on their side. I want this game to be a success and not a terrible disappointment. I want it to sell well. I want them to rake  in huge piles of cash. But only if they earn our loyalty back by making a fantastic ending DLC.

Good idea. I would have, if I only could have (physically) made a video - e.g. with the info and the pics in this thread.
I mean, I can do it in my Mac, but I can not do it in the shape I'm in at the moment. 

Anyone else, perhaps?  (and link it to those guy's youtube-videos, in the comments - or however it works on youtube hehe)
