This would require me reinstalling ME3, which sadly this is not enough for me to do. After all the PR BS from EA/Bioware, I unfortunately have zero faith that they will provide the fans with what they are after, but I give you guys props for hanging in this long!

Thank you! How about just installing the demo? It won't take nearly as long.:D

Is this someone we should know or did I miss something?  At any rate, the important thing is that we are trying.  Interesting how anyone would spend their time on a game forum that they are clearly interested in, putting down people who are promoting a movement to improve the game.

Exactly right, my friend!

Last I checked they aren't changing the ending. And once the DLC is released it still won't be worth turning the game on.

Agreed. I fully respect those who disagree, they have a right to their opinion too, but I'm getting utterly sick of the ones who do nothing but belittle anyone who doesnt like the ending.

I mean, are we "childish" or "entitled" because we're actually passionate
about something and are doing everything in our power to show Bioware/EA that passion? Honestly....

Exactly! If someone loves the ending I'm happy for him. Or if someone disagrees with this initiative, I'm happy to discuss it. But sneering should be ignored. Soundly.:police:

That's exactly how I feel.  Which is way I'm going to do everything in my power to try and get them to change their minds and do it right.

hahahaahhaha. They don't care at all. They're stuck in tunnel vision mode. Why don't you like our *ART*?????

All they're going to do is add on to the terrible ending(s) some more and call it a day. It'll still be Red/Blue/Green endings. How exciting! And last I read they said the Green ending was the 'best' one.

I don't understand people not trying and saying this won't work. I am pretty confident that it won't work but I'm still going to do it. Just to try and show BioWare.

I love you, man.

I think the reason is that if they try, they're opening themselves up to hope -- which makes disappointment that much harder to bear. I applaud all of you who aren't afraid to hope.

Actually no, it's Kevin Kelly from G4.  Or at least he was, I haven't watched anything from G4 for awhile.

This is better than the fighting and arguing people do on the forums. It puts a number to give perspective. I'm in. We don't know if this is "useless" until we try. It's better than not trying at all.

Precisely! It's 100% cool if people accept or even
like/love the current ending, and its even more cool when we can discuss the matter with them in a civil manner.

I just take issue with these people who waltz in
every Mass Effect 3 ending thread to feed some weird compulsion they have to tear down those who are motivated, in trying to make the game we ALL enjoy, better.

Anyways you're right, the haters (on both sides) should be ignored. And I think censored by the mods if they continue to flame on. :bandit:

Will participate! Is it really true that the voice actors haven't been contacted? I just assumed they would be.

For this initiative or for the DLC? I think the answer is that YES, THEY HAVE! :wizard:

Steve Blum and Jennifer Commander Shepard Hale have retweeted this, thanks to dbollendorf!

Also, Tricia Helfer confirmed new voice work for the DLC! So, it's official: we're not just getting a single epilogue slide that says:  "You're right. Everyone dies."

Good news all around! <3

I guess I'll continue that 2nd playthrough I started on March 9th. And I don't really care about "Operation whatever" with the phantoms. Those victory packs are garbage anyway.

I am in support. I will play ME2 on Sunday if I feel like playing any game. I don't have a twitter account though.

Twitter isn't necessary! Just post an after action report here on Saturday. I'm interested to see how people feel about playing again after so long. I'm a little nervous, myself. I might just spend all my time fiddling in the character creator trying to make a FemShep that looks like my gaming-virgin friend so she can play herself.

I recommend not playing any EA game on Sunday, but it is up to you. Thank you for taking part!:)

They say they're not giving new endings, but nothing is set in stone until the DLC comes out this summer. Until then, keep agitating for a DLC that's worth turning on!
