After blitzing through the game for my Insanity run, I had just gotten past the Love Interest scene after the initial Point of No Return, and I was selecting my squad. Suddenly, I get CRITICAL MISSION FAILURE. I had done literally nothing. I chose load, and I was able to choose my team mates.
Did I do something wrong or did the game glitch up on me?
Critical Mission Failure... on Squad Selection?
