It's a minor tediousness in contrast to having everything on the Space bar, though - if you ask me.
So in short, I had to re-do it myself, but I don't really mind, as what I gain is worth it regardless

So, when the patch was released I opend Origin and the game auto-updated. When I got in game, I clearly had the patch but my c.bin was unchanged, in that all the changes I had made were still there.
I decide to manually (right click > check for updates) update just now. Apparently it found something and updated. I just had to re-do all my changes.

I put this ( Name="FOV100", Command="FOV 100" ) as a new line.
And where do I add this line ( Name="NumpadNine", Command="FOV100" )?

I also imagine, with this FoV change, you can set up multiple commands
and key bindings for different FoVs? So I could put the default FoV on
one key and my desired FoV on another and switch between them?
Yes, that is possible, however by that current workaround I gave regarding the weapon zoom would set it to a definite value for every zooming, which kinda sucks if you want different FOVs for different keys.
However, it IS possible.
I kinda wonder if it is possible to somehow create an integer which you would set by pressing the key, but I really doubt it unfortunately.

Well, technically defaulting the FOV is done by the "FOV 0" command.
That could help with the SP part as well, but I personally am no longer interested due to the ending issues.
Also, I've changed the title as you mentioned, it should probably attract more users now.

Is mapping a key to FOV 100 actually even necessary though? As long as you add the FOV 0 OnRelease FOV 100 to the Shared_Aim command list, all you have to do to activate FOV 100 is zoom with your weapon once at the beginning of the first match played after starting up the game.

So just to get some clarity on this issue, are you saying it is safe to change the fov? Because if it is, I am sooo changing that crap asap. I hate the default fov with a passion.
