 What a great team Bioware/Ea are.  Not only do we get a broken game.  Not only do we get a game that has caused many people's PS3's to die.  Not only do we not get to participate in any weekend events or get any of the weapons attatched to those.  But we can't even get the Resurgence pack!  lmao  For two days we had nothing,  then they throw the same Premium Spectre Pack that has been there for the last two weeks while everyone else is enjoying their new characters and upgraded new weapons.  So what is your excuse for this latest moronic slip up?  You still going to sit there and blame Sony for everything?  Or are you going to hide on the Xbox and PC forums because your sensitive staff members can't handle the fact the company they work for screwed over an entire fan base?

I'm thinking plan B is more like it. I am rather confused why they took down the Resurgence Pack. I get that some people had trouble with it, but people have problems with ALL of the packs, so why not leave it up for people that aren't having trouble with it. (I didn't get to try them out even. :-/ )

Once this issue is rectified, I reckon a few free Resurgence packs courtesy of Bioware would be a nice gesture...

You forgot to mention that were are also left out getting the BF3 soldier, and the collectors assault rifle. Yea for PS3 owners! I hope they have free dlc packs for those 2 items.

I never blamed Bioware for all the stuff we have missed out on, but now that Sony have now publicly spoken saying that they are trying to sort out the multiplayer weekends I thought everything would be fine; but no, Bioware still refuse to comment on the multiplayer weekends other than "its Sony's fault" and now we cant get the resurgence packs due to 'problems' with purchasing the packs. Yet XBOX and PC (from what iv heared) have experienced the same problems and can still get them, and its just getting unfair!

I think what really annoys me is that XBOX and PC got a free resurgence pack and can continue guaranteeing that they will get more resurgence items, whereas I have spent the same amount of time and credits, and i only had a slim chance of getting the resurgence items. 5 Premium Specter Packs and only 1 resurgence items (Geth Infiltrator)!!!

I was able to only get the Batarian Sentinel... thing is after purchasing multiple Premium Specter Packs the only thing I've gotten in regards to characters is the Batarian Sentinel 3 TIMES!! Come on now. I could care less about adding stripes to my Batarians armor... I'd like a shot at a Geth or Krogan even.

Don't even get me started on the fact I couldn't even get online after I had yet another wonderful MP freeze in the middle of a gold run where I was ripping it up. "Lost connection to Mass Effect 3 servers" So say goodbye to all that XP, all those credits and all the equipment you used during that run.

The funny thing I wanted to play ME3 so I wouldn't be raging so hard at the crap in MW3. This game just seems to make me want to rage more as I spend half of my time turning my PS3 off and on.

You forgot the Indra Sniper for PC (I currently own 2 Indra Sniper Rifles)

They're are probably trying to fix the problems with the resurgence pack and we will probably get it as soon as they're done. I think it was a good move to offer premium spectre pack when they couldn't get the resurgence pack to work.

I bought two premium spectre packs and got a geth engineer, a batarian soldier and a striker AR, so it's definately not impossible to get the new stuff in the premium spectre packs.

It seems unlikely that they would intentionally try to make everything worse for ps3 users.

It looks like we got a Premium Spectre Pack in name only it is still a Resurgence Pack. I bought 3 and I got resurgence equipment each time.

Yeah, I bought one yesterday and got the geth plasma smg and I think a resurgence character, will have to check though. But it gave me at least one resurgence item at least.

Nope, not yet. I only play on bronze so it's just easier for me to buy the packs with money.

The PSPs do not give a Resurgence card in every pack. I haven't gotten any at all in the last three I bought. I really hope they get the Resurgence packs up this week, 'cause I still haven't unlocked Kroguard, Gengineer, or the Batarian Sentinel.

Wait, so there is no Resurgence pack on PSN Store now? I downloaded it on the day it got released and had no trouble with it... but they removed it for everyone who hasn't downloaded it yet? WTF.
