 well maybe this topic got already answered at some point but the search didnt show me any results which would help me.
Im playing a female pro-human renegade who lets every alien die in ME1 and ME2 so I want to have James and Ashley as my squadmates. the problem is that I dont know if I can persuade Ashley to stand down because:
- Thane and Kirrahe are both dead so I will get framed
- The Council is dead
- No romance since I play a female

So the question is: Can I still convice her when im nice to her on Mars and go see her both times in the hospital?

I'm pretty sure you can. Also it's three hospital visits, not two. I think if you just paragon her, you'll be ok in this instance.

Not sure if it helps but make sure you get her the presents from the hospital kiosk. The Alfred Tennyson stuff is the most important.

Be nice to her, like always use the top left/right options, buy her the poetry book as a gift when you visit her, and trytrytry to Paragon/Renegade her while trying to get her to stand down. In my playthrough, I did the first Renegade interupt, than the Renegade option that pops up on the dialogue wheel. Hope this works :/
