Well, I've made many characters, and have had a lot of gameplay done. Currently, I want to make a healer so I don't need Wynne in my party, or at least give Morrigan the chace to be one for "evil" storyline, and that in my opinion requires making a Spirit Healer.

Problem is, the book doesn't exist.

I mean, literally, I checked every store available in my main character's file, and I can't find anywhere a Spirit Healer Tome. I cannot unlock the specialization because it doesn't have any existing book for some reason.
I think I got the bug because on every playthrough, I select unlocking the skills I already have to see if I can get any new dialog options to pop up, making it so, as an example, I have unlocked Templar five times.

Is there anyone who might know a work-around, or am I going to be at a loss for a Spirit Healer until a patch fixes this?

Talk to Wynne. With enough cajoling, she'll teach you the specialization.

You can buy the spec from the Levi's shop in the Warden's Keep DLC. That is how I got mine.

Are you sure you didn't unlock it in a previous character?

Once you unlock a specialisation in one character it's unlocked for all characters.

Hmm, was told Wynne never teaches the specialization.

Also pretty positive I don't have it unlocked on another character, Malacath, as I'd have the talent and not be posting this, but thanks for trying.

Levi also refuses to sell me it, apparently not existing in his inventory of sell-able goods after cleaning out the keep.

I'll try the Wynne way, as I never bothered making her like me more than around 70%. I'll let people know how that goes.

Maybe I confused Levi's shop for the mage shop in Denerim.

According to the Dragon Age Wikia,

* The Spirit Healer specialization can be bought from the Wonders of Thedas shop in Denerim Market District.

Side note, Wynne CAN teach spirit healer specialization on the console version only
