I just started up a second playthrough in single player. I have an N7 rank of 1350 or so in MP, and an N7 rating on this site of 42. I noticed when I first was able to check my War Assets before the first trip to the Citadel that I had roughly 3150 EMS from the N7 Spec Ops Team. After doing Javik's mission and the Cerberus Laboratory mission I loaded back on my ship to find all of the assets gone and my EMS back to 1127.
Is this a common bug? If so, is there anyway to fix it or something i'm missing here? Either way I know it doesn't "ruin" my game or anything, but it kind of sucks when i've promoted 42 times with a promise of getting a benefit out of it to receive nothing in the end. Any help is appreciated.

I've been having this problem as well. Saving and going back to the main menu corrects it, but it seems like every time I go to check my War Assets, the N7 Spec Ops Team is gone.
It's not a permanent fix, but they do come back...only to disappear again...

Nope. This is happening all the time for me. Load the game up and they're there. Complete a mission, and they're gone until I reload.

I had this problem once. All I did was save the game, exit back to the main menu and then reload the game. I have not since encountered this problem.

No need to exit the entire game, just hit X on the EMS console to get the game to update.

This happens to me constantly as well. Both the N7 Special Ops team (ME3 MP) and Cerberus escapees (ME Infiltrator) vanish for no reason.
Easy fix I found was to go to the galaxy map, wait for it to load and show percentages, then go back to war assets and they'll be back. No guarantee they won't vanish again a minute later though.

Happened to me 3 days ago. Hitting the x button is just a quick fix that only lasts until after you complete a mission or go to the citadel then it disappears again. Mass Effect really needs a patch to take care of these problems.
