BUG
Promo code registration indicating both successful redemption AND code not recognized.
Expected behavior:
Promo code would be entered, click submit button. Recieve a message indicating EITHER success or failure. If failure, why the failure occured.
Actual behavior:
Message indicates BOTH "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly" and immediately under that "Code successfully redeemed".

I had the same issue - I also cannot register my game key - I bought through Stardock/Impulse. Serial matches the pattern on the reg page, but the site won't accept it.

The Digital Deluxe code worked, the Preorder bonus DLC stuff seems to, well, not be. Also, this is more a gripe than a bug, but good lord, it's taking me 20 minutes just to download the Blood Dragon Armor, let alone my Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep

Same thing here, bought from impulse, consumed both my promo codes with dual message error, also won't accept game registration code.

The codes were successfully redeemed. You should be able to see them in game now.
The first error message appears because the game has not been registered on this site yet. After you register the game that message goes away.

Guys if ya bought through impulse, Chat in Stardock chat for a new Register code for the game... Zoomba should be able to help ya. For DLC thats biowares problem... Email them.
