Which save does Mass effect 3 to import your charater from Mass Effect 2?

I ask because I did all the DLC after I finished the Main story. My last save is right after finishing the arrival DLC I went to the Shepards Quarters (where the game autosaved). Is this the save the game will use?

it will unless you made a save after the the autosave no I think you get to pick which save you want
