 The problem I have isn't keeping me from playing multiplayer, it's just keeping me from fully enjoying multiplayer.  Whenever I have tried to take part in the N7 Weekend Challenges, EA seems to not count my participation.  I don't get the reward pack with the N7 weapons even if I do the player-specific challenge.  I looked at my EA account, and it says that I've never played Mass Effect 3 online, even though I have.  I have the "Online Tracking" setting on, and my Internet connection is good enough for me to host/play games.  I can't think of anything I could be doing to cause this to happen.  I've contacted EA Customer Support multiple times, but I only get the challenge reward, and that doesn't fix the problem I'm still having.  What can I do?
