I did, i went straight to the red ending, did not think twice, though i had to sacrafice the Geth. I really just used them for the EMS and helping out on Earth and Rannoch. In the end it was kinda a dick move, but it had to be done. Boom straight to the Red ending, didn't even care about Control or stupid **** synthesis. I mean like you dying then some how controlling the Reapers? WTF?! No. Just no.

I thought for a bit. Control wasn't an option, but I was too curious about Synthesis. I mistook what the Catalyst said about Destroy. I thought he explained that the cycle would start again, as in the Reapers would simply be reborn and come back. That, on top of the Geth and EDI dying made it seem a little pointless to me.
I was, admittedly, taken in by the thought of no more fighting; but I was mostly very interested in seeing what the hell would happen if I brought synthetics and organics together. That turned out to be a fail 'cause we hardly got any kind of aftermath.

I thought about it a little; but only because I was taken aback by the 'Control' option being the blue one. I'd just finished telling TIM that trying to control the Reapers was a stupid idea that would come back to bite us; and it was being presented as the paragon choice.
Then I shrugged and went to shoot the pipe.

I went straight to green, as I blanked out and instantly forgot what was where. I replayed the last bit and shot the pipe,. Working with what I was given, it's the way to go. A synthesis Shepard is a lame Shepard.

Plus mission across the three games was "destroy the reapers", Red was the only option about that, I'll be damned if I let some Starchild's perspective from right out of the blue jeopardize the mission. Especially where it's already cost so many their lives.
Too bad for the geth and EDI. You wanna make an omelette you gotta break some eggs.

Went straight to red. It was the only choice that I could see myself possibly getting the chance to kill this little Star B*stard.

Yeah when there was a TIM Flashback on the Control Ending i said then HELL NO.

I had to think twice. I was half-paying attention to the Starchild when the choices were explained. When the time for the choice came I was like: "Crap, should've paid attention. I'll just talk to him again and ask him to exp--why isn't he talking. Crap."
Ended up choosing the red ending, since red = renegade. Renegades blow things up.
Was a good choice.

Straight to red, I figured my squad mates might not appreciated being merged into a new "framework." Such a silly concept. Later considered the validity of control, but decided not to because, honestly, it would be awful storytelling to suddenly side with TIM.
It's honestly not much of a choice. Do you 1) Do what you were supposed to do at great cost (srry Geth friends) or 2) commit ethnocide/side with the bad guy. SUCH A TOUGH CHOICE.

when i got control of shepard i was thinking for 5 seconds "what does control and synthesis do?". And then i chose destroy because it was the only one that i remembered after the whole starchild talk and mostly because it was the only one that gave me choice to destroy that ******* machines.

Red all the way.
synth seems deeply and moraly wrong to me. kinda made me think of the whole mordin no soul, replaced by tech speech, and that was what the reapers wanted anyway
and with control the kid was all like "control us if you think you can"(not exact quote but that was the gist of what i got) also chosing that would make shep a huge hipocrite

The thought of killing the geth made me hesitate for a bit. While I was thinking it over I put about 20-30 rounds into starbrats head then limped on and shot the tube

My first reaction was unload as many bullets as possible into the StarChilds head.
When that didn't work to red. Out of all three options, it was the only one that really made sense.

The very first time i was there i thought well synthesis might be cool . But it only confused and angered me so i instantly reloaded and took the red one. ( which isn't much better done but at least it kills the Starchild )

I went for the destroy. To quote Ripley "It's the only way to be sure."

I intended for red all the way, but I wanted to peak down the chasm in the middle. I figured I'd be careful to inch and turn around when I satisfied my curiosity. Well the trigger point is like a mile away so I activated the ridiculous option by accident.

I went straight for Synthesis, because I figured everyone stranded on earth had a fighting chance of not starving to death if they were cyborgs.
And the idea of killing EDI and the Geth... no. Just no. Bringing peace to Rannoch was my favorite moment of the game. I wasn't going to kill the Geth after pulling that off.
That was my impression at the time, and now I have no idea. Everything is in a state of flux while we wait for the Extended Cut. We have no idea what will be true, and what won't be true anymore until we get our hands on it.

I had to think, just because I couldn't remember what the kid said to do.
Truthfully. I stood at the crossroads, looking left and right, trying to recall what those videos that played were. Luckily I remembered the TIM one was blue, so I went in the opposite direction.
If you're not paying attention to the dumb kid, you won't know what the hell to do when he finally shuts up. Then you stand there and feel like a fool. HOW DO I WIN THE GAME?

I went green then red only to find they were practically identical and all my effort for the "perfect ending" was for nothing.

Let's see... grab a pair of live wires, jump into a particle beam, or shoot the gizmo on the right. Yeah, I chose red, too.

Went straight to red, watched ending.... Thought I must have picked the wrong one, reloaded, did the blue, hated every step of that one, watched the ending..... Thought I had again picked the wrong one, reloaded, did the green, watched the ending....... went "WTF?"

When he says 'the chaos will come back' he doesn't mean the Reapers as well, does he?

Too be honest it was already late when I reached that part and was already in WTF mode that I didn't even notice the colors. It wasn't until I replayed that part that I noticed the color.

all the way to RED but I think a little
my shepard destroy the whole system just to delay reaper invasion for 6 month. now he
has a chance to wipe out all of them, there no chance like this ever again. So, no. he not
waste that chance just because a kid from nowhere tell him reaper is not a bad guy and
destroy them will kill the geth.
plus, I think we have more chance with homemade synthatic than a big advance space
robot that can fry everything to dust in just a few seconds.

I was so confused, and red attracted me first but I didn't want anyone to die, and since Paragon was blue I just insticntivly went for it (despite being Renegade mostly) and I ended up regretting it. Just didn't feel right...Shepard disintigrated, Reapers still alive... etc.
I honestly garther that most ppl were so confused and shocked they literally picked their color or thought what was best without thinking it through.
