For me it's the Quarians. I just finished the Rannoch arc, and my God are they annoying. It was like baby sitting a bunch of kids. I saved them over and over again, just for them to do the same stupid stuff over and over again. They were constantly bickering at each other, and I had to come up with the solution. Really? The Turians released the genophage and Victus and Wrex argued maybe three times. The Quarians were arguing AMONGST THEMSELVES the whole friggin time! C'mon man! If it wasn't for Tali and Reeger, I would've let the Geth defeat them. No doubt about it, they were never going to learn. I guarantee with Shepard again those idiots will start another war with the Geth. Who is your least favorite race in Mass Effect?

Volus. Interesting idea but find them jarring to talk to. The only conversations I wish I had subtitles turned on for.
I don't count the ones we're supposed to hate (Vorcha, etc.) since they served their job in making me not like them.
