I liked all of them, in some weird way. I guess I just like seeing the way their cultures are sometimes radically different from ours.
Hell, the Reapers were just damn intriguing (until the ending ruined their mystery and their role as villains).

BAtarians because for all their complaining, they've attacked colonies of THREE counil races and gotten their asses kicked because of it and when the Reapers came their highest military leader STILL tried to screw everyone else over. they really are irredeemable.

Elcor, because they look stupid and talk stupid. Then the volus, for breathing heavier than an asthmatic whale between every other sentence. Last, but certainly not least, the vorcha, they're just annoying. Makes me want to have a renegade interrupt where Shepard puts 3 fingers into their 3 holes, you know, the ones on top of their heads, and yank of their scalp.

On the bright side, the vorcha is supposed to be cannon fodder, so that's cool.

I totally dislike the Vorcha. Anytime I see them, I think about buying them toothbrushes and tooth paste...*shivers*...I can't help it, but in my imagination they have a really bad breath...

I've dislike the asari ever since the beginning. Just the idea of all-female, hyper-sexualized, space-elves is just annoying. They live for a thousand years, and that's stupid. They're all female, and that's stupid. They can have sex with anything, and that's stupid. The asari...are stupid.

Humans, but mainly because I don't like how they've caught up to and surpassed races that have been space faring for millennia in a couple of decades. Doesn't fly with me.

Bar that, I'd have to say Volus. Purely because their breathing really slows down conversations, love the suits though!

I find both the Hanar and the Volus annoying as hell, the Hanar because of the whole "This one" thing they do and because they are "Big, Stupid, Jellyfish!" and the Volus because of the annoying breathing thing. You would think they would be able to make it quieter in ME3 but somehow they made it louder in my opinion.

I like them all and think all have their purposes, but maybe Hanar. I wish they were fleshed out more, now they just come off as funny squids with a speech gimmick that gets annoying fast.
