I don't HATE any particular race, but each one has individuals that I really dislike.

Humans - Kai "RECHARGINGMAHSHEILDSLOLZ" Leng, Udina, and many others.
Asari - never really liked them as a race tbh, always rubbed me the wrong way. No specific inviduals though.
Turians - none of the important turians (Sparatus, Victus etc) really bother me, but there are so many random turians in the galaxy that were asking for a slap in the face. For example, that pervy turian touching up Tali in ME1, those cocky bastards at Afterlife VIP, that diplomat from Thane's loyalty mission.
Krogans - Wreav. WREAV. I hate him. Glad the Threshar Maw ate him. And Gatatog "I AM A KLINGON" Uvenk.
Salarians - Most of their politicians, including Dalatrass Linron. Gods they irritate me. Thank god the STG guys like Kirrahe and Mordin make up for it.
Quarians - Daro'Xen. She makes my skin crawl. And obviously Han'Gerrel, for being a shortsighted, bloodthirsty fool.
Geth - all of them. For claiming that they were peaceful against organics...whilst hiding in the Perseus Veil for centuries and destroying any ship that entered their space. Hypocrites. And then they had to go ahead and ally with the Reapers. FFS, such short-sightedness. I couldn't care less about their dyson sphere, don't you dare try and make me sympathetic to your cause after everything you've done to screw me over. You deserved everything you got. (I don't hate them btw, everything about them just annoys me. I'd gladly take peace with them over destroying them.)
The other races (Hanar, Elcor, Volus, Vorcha) I don't hate. They just amuse me.

Oh, and the Batarians. I hate them with a passion. But it's a good sort of hate.

To answer the OP directly then, if I had to make a choice my least favourite race would probably be the Asari. I don't hate them, as I said above, but everything about them bothers me. Knowing the way they reproduce was bad enough for me, then seeing them sit back in ME3 and do nothing to help and prepare against the reapers didn't improve my opinion of them. Also, after listening to the "Bachelor Party" in Illium I have never been able to look at an Asari the same way since.

Batarians are awesome. Try one in multiplayer.

My personal opinion is the Vorcha. Just can't get over the fact that they were named after a type of Klingon battlecruiser.

Well, the Vorcha are race that are designed to be hated =P So I guess its natural to...you know, hate them. Same with the Batarians, really.

For me it's the Quarians. I just finished the Rannoch arc, and my God are they annoying. It was like baby sitting a bunch of kids. I saved them over and over again, just for them to do the same stupid stuff over and over again. They were constantly bickering at each other, and I had to come up with the solution. Really? The Turians released the genophage and Victus and Wrex argued maybe three times. The Quarians were arguing AMONGST THEMSELVES the whole friggin time! C'mon man! If it wasn't for Tali and Reeger, I would've let the Geth defeat them. No doubt about it, they were never going to learn. I guarantee with Shepard again those idiots will start another war with the Geth. Who is your least favorite race in Mass Effect?

Edit: They also tried to kill me and Tali, WHILE WE WERE HELPING THEM!!!

How do you call the race that resembles humans, but that is made out of pure energy and talks bullsh*t? Couldn't find it in the codex.

I used to like the quarians but after thinking it over every time I meet them I'm helping them with their stupid problems that they should 've handled themselves. Except for Kal Reegar vas Canton of course.

I also hate the asari, for all they claim to be superior they sure don't get a lot done.

The krogan (aside from Char) ****** me off, they were short sighted bullies who complain because they were punished for galactic domination plans.

Definitely Quarians. Especially after the extremely underwhelming face reveal they have lost all appeal to me. I really hope they keep wearing their buckets forever because we really don't need another palette swap human race.

How can people judge the Batarians if the only ones you ever met are the ones exiled by the Hegemony, meaning: Pirates, murderers, slavers, rapists etc.
I was really sad when I found out that they were almost all extinct

Asari. I find them the least credible as a species in their own right. Far too similar to humans, and the coincidence of being mono-gendered yet looking like human females is too much. At no point am I not aware that they look the way they do to spare resources, and I don't think their appearance is imaginative enough, so I don't appreciate them to quite the extent that I appreciate the others.

The whole idea of the Asari is a bit silly and they're more than a little annoying.

But the winner of most hated for me are the Batarians. Racist slavers who's only notable contribution to the war was to sabotage human vessels, murdering hundreds of Shepard's comrades. I regretted sparing so many of them in ME2.

2)Batarians slavers, look at humans as a blight screw'em I actually laughed when I found out the reapers nearly wiped them out!
3)almost every darn politician in the game should be force fed into a threshermaws den!

Those silvery monkey creatures that tend to steal everything they can grab. Do you have any idea how many monkeys I had to click in my first playthrough of ME1 when I didnt know where that datathingy was. I was also playing paragon so I couldnt just shoot them all

As much as Asari, Turian and Quarian have their faults and rotten apples, I see them as "good" in a general overview. Batarian, Krogan and Vorcha are vermin, but they come clean about it.  I think Salarians are a more wicked race as a whole. Selfish, greedy, and borderline evil as a whole, so they are the winners of my vote.

I would say Geth, but murdering spacejunk doesn't count as a race.
