With a little luck, I'll have unlocked every common, uncommon, and rare weapon, attachment, and character (including traits) in the next few days.

However, I have precious few N7 weapons, which is a shame because I REALLY want to play with them, but they're so underpowered compared to my other weapons as to be almost useless.

So, I came up with a solution.

N7 Packs. Four equipment cards, and one N7 card, guaranteed. 99000 credits. Include the Commendation items too, because even if you have two of one weapon already, that's another 16 weeks to level it to X, if you get it over and over again, or 80 weeks to level all four to X.

C'mon BioWare. You have the ability to do this.

Do it. Do it for Thessia. For Tuchanka. For Khar'shan. For Sur'Kesh. For Rannoch. For Palaven. For Earth.

More like 250,000+ credits but I support this idea.

I doubt they'd consider it unless it was like 180 000 credits OR MORE. N7 (Ultra-Rare) weapons are basically their bait to hook people into buying packs with real money in an attempt to get them... they would've give one garunteed' lightly.

The store already sucks, why not give a Weapon pack and character, upgrade pack separately?

Make it so that the pack is only able to be purchased once all character customizations are unlocked, all weapon mods are at V, all maximum consumables per game are at 5, and all other weapons are at X. After that (essentially having everything except ultra-rare weapons), this pack becomes available for 250,000 credits and is guaranteed to contain an N7 rarity card.

175,000 or 180,000 I'll accept for a chance or atleast 1 ultra rare.

*Really wish I could trade in my N7 Hurricane for a Valiant*

With a 5% chance of an Ultra Rare in the spectre packs that price is horribly low.
2 mill would be the lowest they could go...

No way. Far too cheap. I spunked millions looking for my Black Widow.

the average is about 1 million for 1 random ultra rare/n7 weapon , so by spending 1mill the chances to get a black widow is 1/7 !

The way the store is now, one N7 or Ultra Rare weapon costs at least 1 million credits on average, and more likely closer to 2 million. If they implemented a guaranteed drop of those cards, noone would ever buy anything else, and simply hoard credits waiting for them to become avalible. I dont care if its 8 weeks or 80 - if it is guaranteed, i will wait patiently and be bringing my truckload of cash (or 110 times the cost of one of those packs, as that is exactly what i need to unlock ALL ultra rare and N7 weapons to X).

There is an N7 Assault Rifle? Or are you talking about the collector rifle?

I think the above is talking about the Saber

And I would totally pay 200K to get a N7. All I've got this weekend is stupid character cards...

What I think they should do is add an "elite" level for community challenges. Since N7 weapons level up so slowly, a third level of personal challenge (e.g. Complete 2 Gold Matches) can grant an ultra-rare already owned i.e. upgrade one ultra rare you already have. The Commendation Pack is different because it can grant new weapons.

Generally, for me, before I get an N7, it takes about 1 Million credits. I spent 8 Million at one time and only got one N7 Weapon to V, the rest below it.

99,000 is a bit low, perhaps it should be a bit higher. Something like 250,000.

make a pack with a guaranteed ultra rare, make ic cost 250k or 500k or something. It is long overdue honestly, ****ing sick of character cards every damn spectre pack.

The idea of having a guaranteed upgrade, only to a weapon already owned, is interesting. I only have the N7 Valiant, and as for now, i'm very happy with that.

If the pack you suggest can only ugrade, and never adds new weapons but only upgrades the ones already owned, i will never open a pack that has a chance of granting an N7 weapon. Why not? Because it will effectively open up for an alternative to the otherwise guaranteed upgrade to my favourite weapon.

you dont get it, EA dont want you to get those n7s by playing, they want you to pay or to spent moths!

The thing is I don't think they should make that pack purchasable. They should make it a reward to speed up upgrading weapons.

This makes it conflict with the store less.

If it's a reward pack as opposed to a purchasable one, you're not going to stop buying Spectre packs when there's no challenge weekend on, are you? Then you might unlock an "undesirable".

And of course EA want the money, but incentivising these weekends increases the longivety of the game. The elite challenges don't have to be easy by any stretch of the imagination either, unlike "Promote 2 characters!"

I will most definantly stop buying packs, yes. If there is a 1% chance i get an upgrade to the 1 weapon i really want, and the upgrade is otherwise guaranteed in the upgrade packs, i'm not going to spend time and credits, reducing that 100% chance to 50%.

The chance of getting a weapon i dont want (and thus reducing the 100% chance of the desireable upgrade to 50) is 5 times greater than the chance of getting the upgrade. Yes, i would completely stop buying packs.

That surprises me. You're saying you would stop buying all packs and wait for your Commendation/Elite Pack rewards ever fortnight, and never spend credits again, if they were to introduce such a reward?

i spend them on recruit pecks for example, i really mostly play gold on random maps so medigel or rockets are equipments i need to fill up sometimes, and you never know what the next special pack is going to be, so its always good to save up!

agreed that 99000 credits are too low. I would loved to have it at 99000 credits but it just does not make sense business wise.
