Making PC's is a lot of fun. the main problem is not being able to really see them in detail while making them. I hope that ar some point we will be able to the eye details before starting the new PC. Hope the game guys will fix this after while.
The eyes don't have it.

I myself loved the eyes in this game. At least the colours, as for shapes, there could've been more I suppose. If your graphic settings are low though, all eyes will be black. That is boring D:
