30% correlates to 91 degrees.
30% of 70 is 21.
I think that's right, not brilliant with maths.

So I gave this a try and...for me, it's still to buggy as something I'd consider using daily. The idea is nice, the implementation just needs some work.

FoV customization is a must in PC, some people complained against the narrow FoV when we got the demo, as always our words were ignored, it's great moders come to rescue, as always.
Are the cinematics automatically getting the original FoV or must we change it manually on the fly?

I've not tested the newer one in SP, but it works liek a charm in MP so far.
One of these will do it for you.

Why not just edit the coalesced and bind a key to change the FOV? It's much simpler than this.
I'd pull up the post where Chris Priestly confirmed that modifying things that affect the MP enjoyment of others/modifying things like weapon/damage/credit stats ONLY will get you potentially banned, but NOT changing the FOV or re-assigning/re-binding keys, things that don't affect anyone else or doesn't take away from BioWare's ability to make money from the Store is fine.
But honestly, it's too much work to search for it. Installing/running a little mod just for FoV is ridiculous when you can google the coaslesced FOV mod and apply it in literally 1-2 minutes. Been running 90 FOV on my 2560x1440 resolution IPS screen since day one, not having to put up with that nauseating 70-console-FOV.

It looks set-up just fine. Try reloading the plugins?
I'll ask the dev if there's any data he could take from you guys to help producing a fix.

In the meantime: If you guys are having real difficulty with this version, the ealrier version works too. It uses a different process to modify the FOV, but according to the dev it's just as "safe".
Link to the older app.
Info on how to get it working.
Now, it states in that thread that it's disabled in MP, but people here have told me it works now. If the fix in the OP isn't working for you you could try this.J717 wrote...

This fix allows you to run the game wihout having to worry about manually changing the FOV when you need to switch between the different settings, it automatically does it for you. I find that much more useful. Also, some people just don't like messing with code and files manually, no matter how simple.
Feel free to link me to a quote that absolutely clarifies this is okay if you have it. would be very appreciated.

As mentioned, remapping keys is fair game.
To clarify - Make sure you know what you're doing when editing these files. If you do give yourself some sort of unfair advantage (accident or not) BioWare reserves the right to ban you.
If you have any questions, concerns or comments please PM me.

Also, on that same post a dev posted that using the Coalesced.bin to remap keys is acceptable, don't know if modifying FOV counts as remapping keys, but anyways...
