I am sure this has been mentioned, I couldn't find the exact thread.
This quest does not update when completed for me. Still stuck on talk to Commander Bailey's assistant even though I completed the quest on the Paragon path.
Anyone know of a work around or a way to fix it maybe using the save game editor?
Aria: Eclipse quest bug?

Nope, he says he will take over and keep Sedaris in Jail.
Quest does not update... Commander Bailey still says to let him know when I am done talking to her in prison... and Aria tells me to talk to Bailey to secure her release

Happened to me once. Had to reload the save before talking with the salarian. Apparently you can avoid this bug if you go to the exit of the area immediately after talking to him without talking to anyone else. You should get a call from Bailey there.
