I'm having
trouble logging into this Bioware account using the name and password
I've used for years- because EA has recently deleted this account
(merging it with another xbox gamertag, my boyfriends) I can not change
the password because according to them, I do not exist under this email.


Can you tell me who I need to talk to about getting this
Bioware account  and the Bioware account I have for my registered game
content
merged, so I can make changes to my password?

Or maybe you can
just reset my bioware password? I really would like to log in from
places other than this laptop but it says my password is invalid and that my email doesn't exist. Thanks in advance.

"Moderators" are different from Administrators, and both differ from Account Resolution Support (EA). A moderator doesn't have access to your account, so even if one saw your misdirected message, he / she might not choose to take the time to tell you better.

All of the forums on the Social Site are essentially gamer to gamer places; Bethesda doesn't monitor any of them every day, and hasn't monitored many of them at all. EA has never assigned anyone to do so every day.

EA is the only Official Support. They are at Support.ea.com
