Most disappointing thing in the game apart from the ending.

-Shepard has dreams of random kids
-Shepard flirts with Vega for no reason
-Shepard loves to tell Traynor "OMG, thanks for the help, you're so great and so useful! You're a true soldier, blah blah blah"
-Shepard gets super butthurt over Thessia and loves to shout at Joker
-Shepard, Tali, Garrus and Liara are BFF for life.
- Despite telling EDI she's a robot and nothing else, it ends with Shepard calling her part of the crew and a true person.......... WTF.
Oh and some more:
The fetch side quests- Yeah because there so much fun.
The journal- Yeah because we have the brain of Einstein or someting.
The choices- They have such a huge effect on the game.
EA........... that is all.

Overhear a conversation -> scan a planet -> stock image with the message "you've found [insert item name]". If that's not just lazy, I don't know what is.

1) Liara gets way too much undue attention despite the fact that the main part of ME2 totally renders her usefulness to trilogy null after the first game.
2) Rana gets no treatment at all beyond some nonsense story about her.
3) Morinth, despite how incomplete her character is in ME2, gets letters that shows she's good with her sisters, but ends up turned into a banshee at the end so you can kill her.
4) Ashley, despite being held over for ME3, gets no content that coincides with her being held over for the last game. Maybe this was to spite her fans because some of us didn't agree with how much sex appeal she "lacked". Bits that are true to her character are removed because of it possibly offending someone, but this is supposed to be artistic, no?

The multi player affecting the SP, thanks for screwing my wife over Bioware, as she hates MP, she was playing your epic single player story driven game for the plot and the characters, not to shoot lots of Doods!
Kai Lang, allow me to stand in the open, striking a pose to regenerate my shields, to videogamey?
Rachni, regardless of your decision in ME1
Cool characters being relegated to twitter deaths (Kal reager, I'm looking in your direction)
Diana Allers, If only there was another option for a reporter, that we had already met and built up some history with in the previous two games.....<_<
Most awesome thing to come from the game

the outcome of Rachni and the "artifical" queen was a TOTAL LETDOWN!!!!!.......decision didn't even matter.
I wanted more of Zaeed Massani and be able to recruit him as a squad mate........he was barely in the game
and I HATED the fact that Bioware put SOOO much emphasis to Liara.........not everyone is fan of Liara

- The way the dialogue wheel rarely came up, and even when it did it was infinitely rarer we had more than two choices.

Way too many boring fetch quests
Auto Dialogue
Citadel being the only hub world (really missed omega)

-Too few dialogue options and a lot of autodialogue (and a lot of not cutscened dialogues with squadmates)
-Small squad and very poor (I personally only like Liara, Garrus and Tali). In shepard words from ME2 Arrival: "I have a hell of a squad with me. I'm sure they'd help out"
-Bad treatment of ME2 characters
-Useless war assets
-The last mission is too rushed and the end is... I can't even describe it
And a lot of things more

The beginning - why the hell are the reapers attacking Earth and not the citadel even though Bioware spend an entire game explaining just how awful it would be if the reapers got control of the citadel...
Nothing the reapers do in ME 3 makes any sense and to top it all of they are in the last minutes reduced to nothing but tools, Man imagine if that Happened to Sauron...wait I'm going of a tangent here.
Just gonna say the beginning.
They never needed the citadel, seeing as how they're leader was the citadel or lived on it ....idk

Tali's face not revealed on Rannoch and that infamous photoshopped picture.
Rachni.
The beginning and whole Earth mission feeling rushed.
That stupid useless kid, and Shepard being forced to have annoying nightmares about him.
Only two dialogue options in most conversations.
Pathetic Kai Leng.
Small Citadel, and Citadel is the only location to explore. One hub world in the whole game, are you kidding me?
Final space battle.
Shepard being forced to join Alliance military.

Probably the cheap fetch quests, or the lack of any exploration-type missions at all. I remember Casey Hudson (HERE we go!) said before launch that he thought Project Overlord had the best balance of exploration/detail and was where they wanted missions going into ME3. Yet, we get nothing even near it. It's dropped completely. Weak.
