At first I did then I remembered how she begged for the sibling not to go and not giving any concern to Hawke.
Did anyone else like Leandra

I just wish that there actually was a way to save her, finding minor clues leading to that damn necromancer before it was too late. But no, she had to die :-(
No more conversations. Family is split asunder. Hawke did the right thing to leave Kirkwall behind in the end.

I liked her, and I felt so bad for Hawke after her death. Though, I would have liked more interaction with her, and perhaps a quest or two before All That Remains. She doesn't have much presence throughout in Act 1 and Act 2 (mostly just at the beginnings and ends).
I'd also have liked a bit more from Gamlen. Gamlen's Greatest Treasure was lovely, as was the conversation with him after Leandra's death. I mean, I always wondered why I never saw him in the Hanged Man. I don't think I would have invited him to live at the mansion though. Not with him having a pervy interest in his niece and Isabela's relationship.

Well from the dialog I had gotten the idea that they'd discussed it before and Leandra knew Hawke was going regardless. Case in point the line:
"You I can understand going on this errand, but [name of sibling]?" or words to that effect, I forget the exact quote.
Anyway Leandra's point there was that she didn't want both of her children to go on the deep roads expedition, and that she knew that Hawke was the one who, by virtue of the commitmint he or she had made, had to go.
