Maybe it would be more accurate (and more fun) to describe yourself and then have others match you with a character? I don't want to derail the thread, but fdgv is right.fdgvdddvdfdfbdfb wrote...
No one's that close really. Maybe EDI, sans cameltoe. You're not a very good judge of yourself anyway.

First and foremost, I'd like to say that I too am a Christian and think it was courageous of you to say that on here. *congratulates*N7 ironman wrote...
A weird Javik and Thane mix I think, maybe with some Kaiden mixed in there to.
Javik because I have a real dry and sarcastic humor.
Thane because I'm Christian. (Would that mean I'd be more like Ashley though?)
And Kaiden because I don't like dumping my own problems off on other people, and I at least try to put other people ahead of myself kind of like he does.
On the same note, I had a difficult time with that too. If nothing else, Mordin is supportive of faith. But yeah, it was difficult trying to figure that out between Thane and Ashley.
We sound simiilar. I've been told I have a deadpan humor. Not sure if that correlates perfectly, but hey.
I'm sticking with Mordin, though.
uh... well... I'm getting the idea that you're the Joker. Or an absolutely viscious insult comic.Sgt Stryker wrote...
Cross between Joker and Mordin. With a bit of Zaeed's sociopathic tendencies.
Wow, you wrote that so similar to someone else (Emeraldfern) who said Liara earlier.rubynorman wrote...
I'm shy, nerdy, honest, pretty innocent. I like to work alone... maybe Liara?
It cannot be coincidence!
Liara's kind too, don't forget that!
Interesting. You're the second Thane/Ashley Combo but you cite different reasons.Jake Boone wrote...
Mostly Thane without the biotics or martial arts skills. I'm quiet, calm, focused, prefer to work and be alone, and lost a loved one suddenly. There is a little Ash in there since I'm am not afraid to speak my mind. I will tell you if you are doing something I don't apporve of. However, I will be very diplomatic and calm when I tell you.
I'm sorry to hear about sudden loss of a loved one. But you seem to be taking it in the most healthy way possible and I think we can all learn from you in that respect. Also, these forums could diplomatic and calm telling of thoughts. Glad you're here.

I am a soon-to-be Physics graduate student with a cynical attitude about society as a whole and a dry sense of humor. I consider myself to be more intelligent than most people around me, but I do not think of myself as being physically adept. I'm pretty much a loner, and don't get too attached to people. I would even go so far as to say that I go out of my way to avoid forming attachments. Despite my previously described cynical attitude, I still believe humanity is worth saving, and I want to do what I can to make the world a better place for everyone.
What ME character am I?

@fdgvdddvdfdfbdfb, While you may not be a good judge of yourself, it's how you see yourself that helps you identify with certain characters. You see things in the characters that you also see in yourself. In your case, there's no one in the entire Mass Effect universe that you see much similar with? If not, that's not a problem, I doubt there's one that will be a carbon copy.
@Jake Boone, I like your suggestion.

Ooh, I like the idea of having others describe you.
Hmm... I'd say Javik, in an odd way. Maybe a little bit of Miranda?

I'm intelligent, well-meaning and incredibly loyal to those I consider of kith and kin.
On the other hand, I'm also arrogant, brash, and deeply, deeply flawed.

Mordin. Obviously good at science. A similar sense of humor with a similar sounding skill set of brain over brawn. And as for your attitude towards humanity, substitue krogan for human and you've got Mordin.Sgt Stryker wrote...

I'm a much more cerebral person than I am a physical one. I'm an humongous nerd, for one, and have spent most of my life with my nose in some kind of book or another. I have a casual passion for psychology- the mechanics of how people operate, form connections with each other, and make the decisions that shape them into individuals is a puzzle I never get tired of playing with. (Unfortunately, when it comes to my own characters, I have one hell of a sadistic streak. Trauma Conga Line ahoy! Suffering builds character! Dance, my puppets, dance! MOOOWAAHAHAHA!).
I have a sardonic, more-than-a-little-morbid sense of humor. I also have a deep and abiding love of a.) cyberpunk, d.) dystopias, and c.) moral ambiguity. I adore anti-heroes and well-meaning villains; I love the dynamics of a world dominated by megacorporations, dripping with rust and neon and decay. Places where there are no 'good' or 'bad' people, just those that do what's necessary to survive. Even if those actions are horrible, and survival comes at muzzle velocity.
But hey- even if I, say, view assassinations as more humane than an organized military, that doesn't mean I'm not all for altruism or sacrifice for the greater good. All that jazz.
EDIT: Ah, before I forget: In real life, I hate being in the spotlight. I'd much prefer to be a fly on the wall- an impartial observer, if you will, observing everything, but rarely -if ever- becoming directly involved.
Of course, in regards to how I behave on the internet, there's no question in my mind: I'm the Biotic God. Awww yiss.
