I'm pretty sure its Full Extraction only.

I managed it twice out of about 6 games today
(did it on my first go and thought Gold wasnt too hard, then got smashed 4 times in a row!)

I defo need some better guns than my Common level 10s

I'd be shocked if we don't have over 4m phantom kills. I think we beat the 1,000,000 quota in under 24 hours.
If it were 10,000,000, then I might be concerned.

Ahem... you don't need to do Cerberus on gold ("Survive until extraction on any map and any enemy on Gold difficulty."). Things can get a little bit hairy against Cerberus if the team sucks (i.e. all the damn time... ) but it's quite doable. If you can't get full extraction on FBW against geth... well...

If things are too hard, try using consumables - missiles are occasionally useful and... let's just say that I'm very reluctant to make first use of consumables. If you don't use medigel to stop yourself from bleeding out then don't expect me to use my missiles to save the round.

I seriously lucked out and got 3 players who knew WTF they were doing and got the Gold goal out of the way on my 2nd try. 1st try was a disaster.lol

Asari adept(Stasis bubble owns Phantoms!) and my Saber have mowed down my fair share of Phantoms as well.

About an hour ago I was playing on gold at fbw with 3 British guys (I think they were British, they had their accent ). Anyway, I was dying all the time with my drell vanguard. I just wanted to say sorry for being such an @ss. Honestly I've never died so many times! I hope we all get our packs . Thanks for all!

no one will know Till it Ends on  Monday around 5am  PST time   which bites but i did  it with my friends "didn't trust randoms" cause of one person on here in the forums "this one to ber percise"  no offense to the pros  that actually do good with one or two weapons i just wish that you could go in "full arsnal" if you wished instead of to weapons since i'd go in with  a Valient or black widow With a palladin/Hurriacane hehe   
but back on target tho  i think  i mentioned it wont be untill  sometime monday when they "Tali"  the votes of the kills which i think may end like it has for raptor and Goliath heh.. hopefully they Fixed the Com packs  becausei really wanted one and felt let down  that some one exploited the flaw which i hope got banned or their "weapons " and everything else reset  to 0  heh ...

well, i just want to say a big thank you to the three "randoms" who's team i was on when i got my first ever gold map, with a full extraction to boot. and being on the ps3 it was nice to finally be able to take part in these weekend events. cheers.

For the Squad Goal, I got really lucky and joined midway through a match during the 9th Wave (Geth on Firebase White, how shocking lol), and the whole team survived to extraction. I'm pretty sure that still counts and I'll get a Commendation Pack, right?

(by the way, if the team I was with is reading this, great work guys. Thanks for letting me reap the benefit of your efforts XD)

Completed the squad goal with some randoms online a while ago.
I played as a level 20 Batarian Sentinel with a saber ll on Firebase Dagger against cerberus.
I also killed quite a few phantoms.

I lost count of how many phantoms I blow up with the scorpion gun...either way Gold, Cerberus & Full Extraction!!! And obviously data retrieved...

 I must say, I think the amount of phantoms on wave 10 of gold and during the extraction wave was raised significantly. Anyone else notice that?

Chris/Bioware, you need to tell us if a full extraction is required for the mission, pl0x.

Because there is no indication whether a mission is completed until it's over and we get the pack, we have no way of knowing ourselves.

To All Those That Are "new" or unsure of the goal and how to obtain this you don't need 1 million per platform or indvidual its "Caculated" as a whole community basically every one on Sony "New" and Xbox/pc users that do particapate count into the goal even if we just do 1 game if theirs one million of us thats idk 1mil phantoms Give or take? but you dont need to do it by yourselves As for Gold matches any match would do Doesn't matter what enemy or Map you fight on as long as you have the diffuclty set to gold which yould net you about 74-75k for full objectives. which is how you'd know Also as Chris stated we Wont Know of the KC till it Ends on Monday they May end up adding a kill counter idk if they will but it would be a good idea to see how many the community has killed so far and could be updated like the war map and the new MP Manifest that tracks your gear but yea back to topic you wont know till monday and then Some time Tuesday as always is when we get our packs and when the "Special" packs change.
