P.S - I wish I read this sooner! LOL!!! First PS3 Bonus weekend and i missed it  at least i'll get a victory pack if they make it to the goal - I really wanted to participate in the first one though   Oh Well - My faith in bioware is renewed, and I have a renewed interest in ME3 multiplayer again!!! (Lost it for a bit, since there was NO news of the PS3 for a bit).

15 disconnects during the weekend ( never happened before either ) very weird I'm assuming it's down to so many people playing? god knows but dc'ing on round 10 gold really does hurt somewhat. No pack for me because of it, Grats to those who did manage to complete it hope you all got some nice goodies!

Either the kill Phantoms part failed, or the packs haven't been released yet.

I didn't even attempt to do the Gold portion of it.

One of the main reasons I play MP is for these weekend events. Being nowhere near ready for gold (still completing silvers consistently), it made me sad to see them make the commendation pack tied into completing a gold mission.

That said, even if I did manage to complete one gold run, I'd probably still end up getting a useless hurricane upgrade like I did for the previous 2.

same.  no longer promoting classes unless a weekend operation calls for it.  played Gold all weekend and luckily hooked up with some good players and managed a number of Gold wins. 

I bet the community blew the doors off the 1mil Phantom gola.  On Gold there are soooo many Phantoms.  Oh, and let me tell ya that an Asari Adept using Stasis makes that goal a piece of cake.

Yea, as stated previously by myself, I'd be shocked if we didn't get the 1m phantoms in under 24 hrs of the event.
*Reading requires the ability to do so, and the ability to comprehend what is written/typed/posted.

Gold difficulty isn't actually that difficult once you know spawn locations, how to block them, as well as enemy tactics. Geth farmers on Gold are nightmares to play with. Over 90% of them don't know what they hell they are doing UNLESS it's firebase white and geth.

If you really wanna learn how to do Gold difficulty, play a mobile race (not batarian, krogan, or turian) get a powerful weapon, and practice your dodging/mobility. Knowing when to relocate is one of the best ways to survive gold. The other way to help yourself learn gold, is to play bronze against 1 enemy at a time, on every map. Then do that again on silver, then you can start doing that on gold. 16 fights against the same enemy before you deal with them in gold. If you do the same with gold to train yourself, that will be no less than 72 matches if you fight every enemy once on each map, for each difficulty. >_> Off topic I know, but I got on a roll. lol

Is it bad that i contributed nothing to community goal? I just fail to see the point anymore when the community reward is an equipment pack anc i can get my commendation pack by playing one game and then popping in a different game until the next challenge >.>

And?  Just because you might be able to do all 11 rounds on every single map, doesn't mean we ALL can.

It felt good and it was real fun "introducing" him to Gold difficulty. We had a couple of good laughs.

It's not really about the pack. It's looking at the "Congrats, you guys did it" and knowing you were a part of that. People like to be told they did well, that they did a good job, that they helped.

They'd almost definitely tell us if the Community Goal failed, which I will be shocked if it did. We've dominated the past two Community Goals, getting ~3x and ~2.5x the requirements respectively. Even if the regular players' combined kills weren't enough, I'm sure some hacker would have filled in the rest for us

Just gotta wait until Tuesday night or Wednesday night for the packs, unless the multiple pack glitch is still not dealt with, in which case it could be a quite a while.

Are you meant to get the commendation pack as soon as you finish the gold match? did my first ever gold game against Cerberus and completed it, did it again just to be sure but I haven't received anything.
