Hmm thats odd my victory pack isnt up on the 360 any explanations for this also any word when we 360 users will get the commendation packs as well i know it takes awhile was just curious about a time frame

Well, I tried playing a couple gold matches but they were VERY hard. I started playing multiplayer about a week ago, and I don't play much, so I think I'm not ready to complete a gold match. I will wait I still haven't gotten my commendation pack though, and I killed a LOT of phantoms, that is for sure.

meh consumables are a sham. Only weapons and mods matter.....well characters too.

Hi, I didn't get any victory pack nor com. pack- i've cleared GOLD about 10 times :/ this weekend. Will I get them after some time? Or maybe they are distributing them via time zones?

I felt the same for a while and played mostly silver.  Recently I decided to stop promoting since I have a pretty good idea of the builds I like.  For the last few weeks I have been playing my level 20's (mostly Adept and Infiltrator) on Gold.  If you have a level 20, you have some awesome powers.  If you are new to the game it can take a little while to unlock and level up decent weapons. 

However that said, the main thing is you learn strategies like placement on a map, using cover, using powers in conjunction with others (i.e. biotic detonations, tech bursts).  At the end of the day you can still be a good player by being smart and the more powerful weapons will come with time/credits/unlocks.

Do what I did, get to level 20 on a class you like playing, and simply go play Gold.  The more you play the easier (generally) it becomes.  You'll find, like with most things, the more you do it the better you become, the easier it is. 

Believe in yourself and go have fun!!

I was at level 20 with a Asari vanguardbut it was still very very difficult . And my N7 rating is 194 (yes i know,very low)
so basically,i guess i need to get much better rating and play more & more. Like you said .

problem identified! don't use a vanguard on gold the enemies swarm too fast to play that aggressive.

also the Avenger X is your best friend!

Commendation packs are handed out individually so just relax it takes longer.

Just a thought:

Since this was the first time PS3 users were able to participate in one of these N7 challenges, wouldn't it be safe to assume it might take a little longer this time round for people to get their packs? After all, they have to gift them to alot more people this time than they did for Operation Raptor.

Idk why some of you are complaining about the balance of how much equipment you used to achieve this goal. It's not like you wouldn't have used the equipment anyways-and if our victory and commendation packs don't completely repay what you used, so what. The best thing about these weekend missions is just the challenge and the fun aspect. Seems like some people forget this is just supposed to be fun. I played against cerberus on gold all weekend. Me and my group must have killed hundreds of phantoms. (Those of you who've played Cerb on gold know what I'm talking about.) So just try to enjoy the multiplayer weekends for the fun of it, and for being involved in something with the entire community
