mmorpg's ae a completely different animal. I see your point...I just think it's funny that it has taken so long for the compatibility issues with the PS3 to be resolved and the servers get hosed on the first run.

 You havent played a pay MMORPG before have you? saw the same stuff everytime there was anything besides routine play. Anytime server maintenance or an expansion was added you always see emergency maintenance within 24hrs. 

you are so sorely wrong there. World of Warcraft aint that way then again they have a dedicated programmers that spend all their time running and rerunning patches and everything doing everything they can to force glitches or bugs to show up.
Also reason why Diablo 3 is 3 years in the making

only thing i hate about xbox is the community and i hate ps3 community also but why pay to listen to kids cry because they are terrible tryhards and ps plus is the bomb. Ps3 has development issues but imho its worlds better then xbox

If i had to guess, id say PSN didnt pass the game stats and we didnt make the community objectives without it...

so they have to pry it out of sony's butt...

I have nothing agaist PS3, i own a PS1, and a PS2.

Its just Sony's PSN TOS that drivs me crazy...

PS3 is lightyears behind the xbox 360. the PS3 only works with other playstation junk. the xbox 360 can interact with PC and most all the other electronics in my house

Steamworks on PS3 disproves your assertions.

Besides MW3/BF3 have no problems with running weekend events on PSN.

I got my Victory Pack around 12pm and it was on a PS3 Don't know about the other one.
But hell half a cookie is better than no cookie at all.

It's a fundamental difference in how the two companies look at technology Microsoft looks at their console as part of a network of other electronic devices and sony is used to making stand-alone products...the PS3 hardware is far superior...but the consistency of the online platform is why I own an xbox every time I get on the PS3 it seems like so much labor to get anything accomplished.

You can access your PC via windows media center on 360 but honestly why would you need this feature on PS3? The PS3 basically is a media center as it has been rated highly as such.

Besides he was talking about gaming. And in that case the PS3 has been proven to be a very capable game console.
