PLEASE READ:
for all of you griping and complaining about ur victory and/or commendation packs, chill the eff out. They will come. As far as PSN and not being able to connect to games, they are working it. You have to give them time. There are people out there that have glitched the games so they can get multiple (100s) of commendation packs. Thats probably what happened on all platforms. If people would do like they are supposed there would be this issue. quit blaming EA/Bioware. Yes, there is problems on EA/Bioware's end but they are working it. there is no magic button that will fix everything.

For the players complaining about the Premium Spectre Packs and the Jumbo Equipment Packs "mysteriously disappearing", those are specials for a week or 2. When they go away, a new one usually pops up in its place within 24 hrs.

I havent had problems with any of it.  I just got done playing match after match on my "only" account so i would take a look at ur own internet connection.  I have zero problems using my internet.  It may just be all of you who have substandard interent (>10mbs).  I am running 30mbs.  It doesnt have to log u offline to mean its bad...if its not fast enough then it just wont connect to the gaming servers.  You may even be able to connect to the online on me3 but that doesnt mean that u can connect to the actual game servers

yes i watched the vid. the server was down at that time along with what appears to be very slow internet. logging onto the servers takes about 3 times long than it does for me. as far as the sp, ur kinda on ur own. if you dont have multiplesaves, i would recommend restarting it. if you are still having problems with getting packs, contact the customer support like the game says. I hope ur not one of the people who was glitching mp. they are starting to ban them. i think not letting u into games or buy anything might be their way of soft banning u. try customer support if u know ur not in the wrong

I definitely didn't glitch commendation packs, hell I haven't even started single player campaign yet. Been hooked onto Multiplayer since demo, I didn't even try the credit exploit not even once... I would definitely be pissed off if they start soft banning people that have nothing to do with with commendation pack glitches or credit exploits on wave ten. You are wrong in your assumption that this is soft banning. It nothing but a major ****up on bioware's/EA server's end...

A soft ban that doesn't inform you that you're banned seems like an extremely bad and unlikely idea. I didn't even know you could glitch the game to get the same package several times, but I'll accept that canbe the issue. What I would like to know is how some players glitching a package can screw the MP enough that I can't even level my characters. Every time I level my infiltrator I can exit MP and when I log back in all the points are unspent.

I know the MP characters are stored on a server so I pressume that means the entire MP function is down. But then how the hell can you have played a game 25 min ago?

I have already opted for option 2. I won't contact customer support as I don't want to disable UAC settings in control panel and end task all other programs except origin and ME3 because of a problem/bug/glitch on server that has nothing to do with my PC and game.

They are going through the list of people with more than three promotion weapons/one weapon rank 3. After they ban those ppl we will get our packs.
Yeah the server thing too, but idk if some of you know this but solar winds/flares this year are at the high point and that causes almost everything related to radio waves(aka your connection to Internet,cable,cell phone service) to randomly bounce or drop like its no ones business........
It's really hard to fight something of that magnitude, it requires constant maintance...just be patient guys, they have family and lives n shhhh too just like us lol they can't work 24/

You forget that some of us actually PAY to access multiplayer (X360 users), and as such we pay for a product that is not working. I'm not trying to be an ass about it or anything, but your attitude in this post really isn't helping - True, ****ing does not get the problem fixed, but it does let Bioware/EA know that stuff's broken, and that we damn well wan't them to do something about it (Which might even get them to push an update faster, since angry customers = not profitable).

Mind you, I haven't made a single post ****ing, taking my anger out on PS3 users, or in any other way complain about it, even though I am probably just as annoyed as everyone else about it!

get over it...im an xbl user. i have no problems getting online or in and out of matches. if ur so annoyed and upest, get off of me3, and play another game like aegis wing (its free in xbox game marketplace) until the servers are acting right or go find another activity like going for a walk or something to get out of the house.

im and xbl user as well an i pay for my own stuff.  i dont live at home with mommy and daddy  and i have learned not to stress over things that i cannot fix or change.  also u complaining now means what.  there is 30 pages of complaints before this one.  u think they dont already know?

You'll notice that there is no 'Communicating' symbol in the corner after the first split second, so it's not even looking. =\\

I have the option to go to 100mbs if i choose to.  would cost me a little more but whats the point everyting is working more than sufficient for gaming and my laptop.  i would just say to wait it out...i dont see how it could be a straight server issue if i have no problem playing.  i just finished a match with no issues with 3 randoms.  if people are still getting on and still playing then the servers are not the issue.....think about it

I'm having similar issues, ever since i opened that victory pack from OP Exorcist. I just got off the phone with an EA rep and apparently this issue is wide spread across all the platforms. They have no idea what it is either; the rep told me to wait a few days and watch the forums.

That being said it has to be something that is in the victory pack.  i have not recieved the victory or commendation pack that i have coming to me and ill about bet that the other people who are still playing online havent recieved theirs either.  I guess they noticed a problem with it right away and pulled it.  the unlucky few who did recieve and open may have gotten a bug with it.  just gonna have to wait it out.  well have fun all, im getting back on ME3 and continue raising my N7 rating above its current 614 state

For Xbox360 only: is any one else having problems with your Xbox 360 restarting while on mass effect 3. I got the victory pack and have the bug. any other xbox user having this problem
