After killing more than 1 million phantoms during the exorcist opertation, the N7 community was hacked by Cerberus. TIM did not take it lightly that we destroyed a fortune's worth of his precious pawns. So now, all of the N7 members participating in the award ceremony received a virus infected "victory pack" which prevented them from communicating with high command, thus disabling their ability to support more N7 operations. The reapers and the "Ghost Child" are winning... and it is thanks to TIM's payback for all those phantoms we killed!!!
Seriously... I'm getting really REALLY annoyed by all this computer drama... First, those depressing color coated endings when we were promised so much more in the form of many different outcomes... Now countless server issues that take for ever to solve in multiplayer... What's next? What have we ever done to you Bioware? Are you angry that we spend so much money on your games? <_<
Now, I have no other choice but to go do something constructive with my life...

That doesn't mean there is a brand new pack in there, that just means you got enough credits to spend on another pack, standard on reward.Istibul wrote...

the Premium Spectre Pack was the one that just came out yesterday to replace the Jumbo equipment pack
"special packs" (like jumbo Equipment pack) changes every week but i still don't see anything replacing last week's jumbo eqipment pack. I cant see any Premium Spectre Packs like u said man. still dont have the commendation and victory packs( just saying not b...hing about it)
yeah it came out and someone got one and it glitched it so it went away

That's been going on for me since I bought the game on release. It blinks when I actually have enough credits to spend on say the Recruit pack (which I won't) and will blink again even after I have checked the store if my credits have gotten higher to snag a Veteran pack and so on.
So no, I believe if its not there then its not there

Just a quick update for all who care , I have restarted my router, I have deleted my me3 game files but kept my saved games, I then installed me3 and installed the game updates, redeemed my online pass and all the other things for online play, none of this worked so I then reset my router and set port forwarding up as it was before for my ps3, so everything on my end is working as before. I can connect up as before to ea then the same thing happens as in my quote and i am back to square one.
Think its going to be a waiting game lets hope its not to long.
Would be nice if somebody from Bioware could post something.

They made 3 really good Mass Effect games (regardless of the ending, ME3 itself was awesome)
They made a Mass Effect Multiplayer game that is so good when it doesn't work people are in uproar instead of doing something else.
They made Dragon Age 1 which was one of the best Magic and Swords RPGs ever released.
They made Neverwinter Nights 1 which was so good it still has thousands of players online in large communities.
They made NWN2 which was a pretty good story line, even if not up to scratch with the rest of their work.
They made Baulders Gate 1 & 2.
I could go on?
I'm not a Bioware fanboi, I think its annoying that the MP isn't working properly. Other games can do it, DDO, WoW etc etc, it's not like online gaming is a new thing. Personally my multiplayer has been fine and I feel bad for the people who cannot get on. I think the lack of an official statement is disrespectful to the fans, though I understand why they wouldn't want to do that now with the bad press they have had lately.
My point is, ok they have royally screwed the MP events up with a lack of proper planning, but lets not forget the years of excellent entertainment they have given us just because of this.
Here's to hoping it all gets fixed soon,
