Contact EA Support. I'm in New Zealand with N7 Collectors Edition and experiencing the online pass issue as well. Received my Victory Pack before getting locked out of multiplayer, but no Commendation.

Although initial contact with EA Support confused Operation Raptor and Operation Exorcist, I received email confirmation tonight that my account had been adjusted to include the Commendation Pack for Operation Exorcist.

Now if only I could get access to multiplayer...

Thanks - will try that...found some suggestions in the FAQ which didn't help...

I'm in NZ with the N7 collectors edition too, my multiplayers been working fine all day, got my victory pack earlier today, then the commendation one later on, Mp still runs without a hitch for me.

same here with Digital Deluxe, i think they are hired monkeys to do all job for cheap reward, Thats the spirit, EA

N7 Digital Deluxe Edition bought through Origin. Located in Florida and getting the 'redeem/buy' online pass message. Fantastic.

Still can't connect to multiplayer. Actually can't even play my single player game because I've got the Collector's Edition DLC so I'd have to start a new game.

Wonder what's going on, but I am hoping we at least get an extension on the availability of Premium Spectre Packs out of this. Or something else as an apology.

There is no online pass for the PC, but it is reguesting one now. Does EA Games do any QA testing before they make any changes.

Great. First time it asks for some "online pass" I should redeem. This whole server issue should better be fixed soon.

Live in Russia, got N7 Collector's Edition, now have that "online pass issue". On local forums there are lots of people with the same problem. I'm thinking about writing Bioware a letter about sweet sweet bugs in the game, that are still in it after two months since release. Really, I haven't seen such a glitchy game for...hell, ages.

Anyone eles still waiting for their Commendation pack? I did a gold run and i have my victory pack but still no commendation pack. Just wondering if i should contact game support or wait a little longer.

Hey I3en, I also have not received my commendation pack. I find it a bit annoying but whatever happened with the servers over the weekend was probably not a small hiccup so I assume that they will get it too us eventually. If not you can probably contact EA support and see what they can do for you.
