Same here... cant log in or access the DLC. Multiplayer and single player are shot,,,, there is no estimated time of repair and the issue has been going on for over 14 hours.

Collectors edition N7
From the Ashes installed
Multiplayer Resurgence installed
Both Single Player and Multiplayer are not working. Need pass code?

Here's the biggest load. I started a new single-player session yesterday. Played for 2 hours, exited the game, immediately decided to come back and play one multiplayer game. Guess what? Can no longer play multiplayer OR single player. I have the digital deluxe edition, and the from Ashes DLC now requires pass code to play. This is on the PC. What a way to screw up this game.

Oh, btw, the last time I was able to play multiplayer, I did get the victory pack but no commendation pack. Needless to say, the victory pack was extremely underwhelming. Basically, the equivalent to a 1/2 jumbo pack. Worthless!

One last thing.  Multiplayer manifest -- what a screwed up piece of ****.  Shows NOTHING.  Cannot retrieve blah, blah.  Bunch of amateurs.

I couldn't care less for packs or anything....just want the game back working...

I had this very same problem about a month ago, so I think it's just a random bug that occured in your game as it did for me. Try to restart the game + Origin.

Did not get the commendation pack, did the event like everyone at gold, no unable to connect ea server.. if crap like this happens again sorry but I won't touch this game anymore and Diablo3 will take all the place

Still no commendation pack for me. oh well no doubt, we will all lose out yet again, bad enough you lose credits at the store, the usual unable to connect, contact support crap, im beginning to get peed with this game once and for all, I only have the standard edition, but the CE is on it's way, might send the thing back when it arrives.
