crap killed tons of phantoms, even made a gold escape, but now i need a online pass (which i already have) cant neither buy a new or redeem my old code.....plz fix this....like 5 hours ago...

Really, BioWare? That's the third event since the game was release, the THIRD. And still so many people don't get their well-earned rewards. Didn't you have time for fixing this problem? Too busy counting the money of that stupid first day DLC? I'll be able to check if I got both the packs only on Saturday... I'm not going to sue anyone if I don't get them, it wouldn't be worth my time. I'll just start inviting my friends and everyone I know to download pirate copy of any of your games. Because that's the weak spot of you dollar-obese companies: the wallet.

It was a flash grenade implanted in eyes of Nemesis (not sure that Phantoms have it as well). Mordin said about this in ME2.

Hrm, no Commendation Pack for me... does a squad of 3 not count? Thats right, full extraction on gold with only 3 squadmates total during the entire gold challenge through extraction.... and no pack.  really?  It is difficult for me to find time to play on weekends and I was thrilled to "complete" the challenge on Saturday with only 3 people, only to find a solitary victory pack waiting for me today.  Can this be rectified?

I have just the pc version, that's all I could get at the time as the CE sold out everywhere, I got the victory pack and nothing else, the games been really screwy all day, like ive mentioned ive bought the ce version just waiting for it to arrive, but since I haven't got any nice new weapons nor anything apart from the usual thermo clips and crap, I might go back to playing something else and send the CE back, waste of time and money EA, and yes I did play gold and yes I did get a full extraction, I think you should sort peeps out.

This is ridiculous.
