Last time I tried contacted a representative about Commendation Pack I was told to try again once I was able to get online.

I finally was able to get online, and did just that.

A couple seconds later I had my Valiant II

didn't get to the weekend event but I must say thank you to bioware for getting these events on the PS3 finally. I will soon be reunited with my beloved n7 eagle, crusader and valiant. and given that the crusader was the ONLY shotgun i used in my single player game....this pleases omer.

im still waiting, I chatted to a guy, he came up with tell someone here at bioware, there having issues with the tools, I was also told 4-5 hours, it is now 8 hours later and no pack, what the hell, all I seem to get is carbage, I wouldnt mind a N7 but I won't hold my breath, been playing for hours and yet agin for the fortyeth time xp for my vanguard, does the system honestly scan to see what you already have I DO NOT THINK SO, come on ea/bio get a grip and sort us all out once and for all. Im waiting for them to say i didn't play over the weekend I think not, been at it for hours, bronze/silver/gold, check your records for coffey1967.

uhm, i never had the cerberus code problem, and yesterday i got the commendation pack. But i didnt open it, and today when i wake up and log in, its gone. why is that?

No commendation pack wtf Bioware??? You seriously are taking WAY too long. You are going to lose players quickly like this

Already got commendation pack, all I got was a stupid Valiant, which is useless until it's the Valiant X. Mantis X does more damage than it, and I can actually still use another weapon with the Mantis without not being able to use my powers.
