Done that but being from the UK, i don't get live chat so I'll have to wait for an e-mail wich will probably not help.

What i don't under stand is, that if they can't do these weekends with out problems, then why bother doing them and pissing everyone off. I never got my pack from the first 2 weekends.

Change country in right-down corner to US and you will have live chat option. ;]

Why don't I have a commendation pack? I got full extarctions on 5+ Golds on Friday/Saturday during operation. I had a victory pack, so where is my commendation pack?! Any help on this?

Just contacted support. With my luck I'll get another level of Hurricane or Eagle, or a Crusader I, and all I want is a Valiant...

Hi I am new to the forums but not the game and it seems I can only post in one or two parts of the
forums. So if I would like to comment on cheating I cannot & Mass Effect 3 is plagued with it, they really need to add the kick option in game. Anyway got the Commendation Pack, and I wish that store would stop taking my credit's and giving nothing for it.

Well... i finally can connect to the game after the two day DLC error issue. However, still have not received my commendation pack for the Operation Exorcist. I kinda don't think Bioware can even verify who actually got the packs at this point after the server crash. Any here is hoping that Bioware can get it together.

Theyt take you credits but you still get the stuff. You just don't see what they gave you. So really its a matter of deduction and going through everything to see whats new. Also generally I wait till I am done playing, shut down ME3 and restart origin before going into the store. I know it seems like a lot of work but so far by doing this I have avoided the failed to process crap. But rest assured you are getting your items, you just have to guess as to what you got.

Also guys, I dont think that Bioware has really anything to do with the distribution of the com packs as I have had to go through EA customer support to get them. I mean granted EA owns Bioware, but in the end you deal with EA not Bioware.

This is rediculous, if they keep giving us 1 weapon in the victory pack once a fortnight, the that will take 1 year 11 months to get them all to level 10; Do they seriously think ppl will be playing it then? I mean Mass Effect 4 will be out by then.

mines not even showing on my entitlement page, and i know i should have gotten 1 because me and my lad were both in the same match, we both only played 1 gold match btw, he got his pack but i havent and the ea support thing isnt giving me live chat to get it sorted
