Finally fixed, and I got my commendation pack. I wanted the Valiant--I see so many people with it, which means it probably rocks. But instead, I got the Crusader. Considering how accurate it is, it's like it's trying to be a sniper rifle. But vanguards are painfully glitchy so I don't know if I'll get much use out of it.

Glad they finally worked out the Online Pass issue.

My Commendation Pack was waiting for me in the store (didn't even need to do live support), got an Eagle. Tried it out, have to agree with the others who have commented on it, it is pretty weak, which is a shame because it looks + sounds cool; still, glad I got it.

Already had the Hurricane and Valiant, so all I need now is a Crusader ^.^

So much hate on the Hurricane... You can Heat Sink V and Extended Barrel mod it and bring down an silver atlas in a mag.... It's a great killjacker for the Geth Infiltrator or any raging Krogan. I personally think the Valiant is the worst piece of crap on the planet. But I suck with Sniper Rifles except the Kishock.

I really wanted the Eagle, just because I never see it anywhere, which probably means it sucks, but burning curiosity and all...

 Actually, the recent changes they made to the multiplayer (the weekly minor ones) made it so the Hurricane is a TON easier to aim and handle, plus a damage booth. This might sound wierd, but they might have to nerf it!

I also got the hurricane after talking to live chat. I see mixed review on hurricane, now I can try it myself.

For all the events so far, I always need the livechat to claim the rewards, I hope they can fix this soon.

OT: after getting the comm pack, I asked for updates (for the 3rd time) regarding my failed spectre pack purchases since it's already been a month, the person I'm chatting to, suggested to clear my browser's cache. When I told him I haven't heard this kind of "fix" before, he told me to use another browser. I then explained to him that I use the Store inside Mass Effect 3 game, and he suggested to try after sometime.

Server connection issue resolved. I got my packs and a N7 Crusader Shotgun. I tried out the shotgun on my Asari Adept. works nice.

Got my commendation pack a long last. It had three items in it. Two refills and a pretty awesome shotgun.

I'm still having issues connecting to the EA server... after the initial issues with the connection I got my commendation pack and was able to play, but today I'm having the same problems as before. I can't even play with my DLC for the single-player campaign. Is it just me or is someone else also still having the same issues?
