I've been on hold for me3 tech support for about an hour, just got an answer. they just became aware of the problem 20 min ago and will have everything up within the hour. hope this info helps everyone. So just sit back and it should be resolved soon. have fun all!

I finished the challenge on PS3. It was a blast. I have recieved my Victory pack. Thanks Bioware for finally getting Sony to jump on board. We were all feeling a little left out.

The fact that you have to chase EA for your rewards is bulls**t! they f**ked up so badly on the weekend that they should have just covered every1 and given every1 the pack,

Then they can do their f**kin jobs and fix the damn game so it doesn't happen again!!!

And fix the damn Vanguard! The bloody power "beep" of a suspensful death and the charge after death glitch is pissing me off! either fix it or remove it. (and there will be the wankers who say just dont use it. Well its there i have to use it... its a completion thing.)

Had to talk to support online last night to get my commendation pack. The person was more than happy to help out. No real fuss. Shame I had to chase them but with the issue that just passed it was understandable some data might get lost/misplaced. To expect everything to be smooth 24/7 is unrealistic and usually people with no clue how things work have these expectations.

they said both packs would be out by may 3. I got the VP the day before that, but no CP, and i'm sure i did a mission on gold during the weekend. it's sunday now and no sign of a CP

you will have to ask ea customer support to give it to you since bioware is too lazy to grant it correctly

Yep...
I did tons of gold runs (succesfull) and no CP at all... Only one VP. As a matter of fact, this isn´t the first time it happens.

agreed. Didn't get mine either... odd. oh well. I'm just waiting for the next dlc. then I'll be able to play again.
