Operation EXORCIST April 27-29

When it comes to retrieving classified data, Cerberus has been beating the allied forces to the punch. New intelligence has tipped us off to one of their offensives, and it is time to give the N7 teams the payback they want.

Allied Goal: Kill 1,000,000 Cerberus Phantoms
Squad Goal: Survive until extraction on any map and any enemy on Gold difficulty.

Successful completion of the Allied Goal will grant all players a Victory Pack.
Successful completion of the squad goal awards a Commendation Pack to all squadmates.


Operation Exorcist will run from 6:00PM PST, Friday April 27th until 5:00AM PST, Monday April 30th.  Exorcist will be available on PC, Xbox 360 AND PS3.  Please remember to set “Upload Gameplay Feedback” to “on” in the online options to be able to participate in Operation Exorcist.

ATTENTION! We are pleased to say that we are now able to INCLUDE SONY/PS3 users in Weekend challenges starting with Operation Exorcist!

i think this means that you have to be alive when extraction happens, if you are dead when extraction happens, but your teammates are, you do not get credit, i could be wrong, some clarity would be nice

If the squad goal is anything like the Goliath one than all it requires is one person in the group to survive extraction (mission successful) for the whole group to get credit.

How can you not tell if PS3 players perform an extraction on gold during the weekend? I mean, do I seriously have to start sending timestamped screenshots from my phone to you...

Looking forward to the squad goal, too, though I suspect most players are probably going to be doing it on Firebase White against Geth. Yuck.

I'm sure this event is just like Goliath, Bronze phantoms count just as much as gold phantoms to the total. The gold extraction is only a requirement for the commendation pack.

Thanks Bioware, for the 0 responses on the current situation about the inclusion on Playstation in these weekend operations. It's even been over a week since the resurgence packs were online and not even "We're sorry for the inconvenience, compensation will given out to all PS3 users" I'm playing less and less ME3 everyday due to blatant disregard of an entire community of gamers. I never thought I'd say this but I actually wish my Xbox wasn't a oversized paperweight.

Thats what I'll be doing seeing as I haven't even touched gold before.

Probably branch out after a couple runs.
