Simple question: Why do these things start at 6pm PST? That's 9pm EST and 1 GMT. So it's litterally the next day for a lot of the customers. Can you do polls on this forum? Need a damn petition to start it at like.. 12pm PST.

I've wondered this myself as although I live in Australia a lot of my team-mates live in the US and Canada ... My best guess is because it becomes a fairly realistic time for all of Canada and America to participate, ranging from 5pm AST to 10pm EDT.

A lot of people have started farming geth. I don't think a million phantoms can be done because of this.

So using medgel or being revived during the match means you failed the challenge ? You did not survive until the extratction .. You had to be REVIVED ...

happens to me all the time xD and if you got an engineer in the team, you dont even need rockets, pop a decoy or drone somewhere close to the path and the enemies are more than happy to attack that instead of you when you run past em xD The last time this happened to me was in reactor vs. cerberus... 2 of my team mates decided the LZ was the best spot to camp, and me and an AA were camping at the opposite end of the map right past the reactor core we just waited till 12 seconds left, ran for it. no probs, and the other 2 start running their mouths like we did something to get them killed on purpose o_O. to which i replied, the only thing i did on purpose was try to hold back my laugh when i saw you two run for the LZ.

I’m hearing you, It’s so frustrating because it essentially puts you in a position of “well, I told you so...” which never seems to go down well.

I mean I hate how some players don’t even look at it logically, especially with maps like Reactor where your choices are: Hang out at the LZ which has next to no cover, while overwhelming numbers of enemies will procede to rain down on you with superior firepower for 2 minutes ... or ... stay on the other side of the map which has choke points to exploit, escape routes, ammo crates and ample cover. Hmm, I wonder which one I’ll chose?!?.

Btw, I love that SE decoy so much. It's amazing how the most powerful enemy forces in the known universe all suddenly turn their attention on a shoddy mostly static hologram instead of the four heavily armed individuals shooting at them. It’s like some kind of irresistible catnip to them.

Here we go again... Yes, you did survive by the good graces of medi-gel or a quick acting teammate that revives you. It prevents things like a little skull appearing on the screen after you all get downed on wave one because you suck. You use medi-gel and you survive. Or a teamie rezzed you and you survive. You were downed, not terminated. Not surviving involves: a total wipe where you failed (miserably) to reach the last wave and get extracted.

Also, if they were so asinine to suggest that one fall would make the match a wipe I would troll games so hard by performing my best impression of Leroy Jenkins on the first thing that came into view it would reduce their pack payout by at least 21%. Just finish a game on gold and get your pack so you can immediately start a new thread, amongst the 9000 other new threads, that the items suck and you are disappointed.

By now it is no secret that the Reaper War has had its share of logistical SNAFUs. It is to the galaxy’s credit that, when we put out the call for volunteers, we were answered by individuals of every species from Citadel, Traverse, and even Terminus space. Unfortunately, the diversity of equipment sources meant our allies ran into hardware and software incompatibilities.

These brave men and women have been fighting beside you and, in doing so, have gone above and beyond normal duty. Because their units were not properly tracked, they fought without pay and sometimes without proper training, equipment, even rations. It is a mark of their character that these warriors took the grave task set before us and stuck it out through sheer determination.

It is time to honor their service. A volunteer task force has fabricated the necessary hardware and is rolling out compatibility software. When these installations are complete, these soldiers will benefit from being properly equipped and combat-ineffective troops will get off the bench. We’ll all have more comrades watching our backs, and we’re now watching theirs.

They honestly need to list the event time in gmt as well large portion of the player base is in europe, also a better time to start to cater for the two main regions instead of favouring the US
