The commendation pack that you get for the gold win, assuming it's the same ones they've been doing, has a guaranteed N7 weapon, yes. (By which, of course, I mean one of the N7 named ones, and not an ultra-rare).

Victory pack would mean we did pass the 1million mark. Now we wait till later today or tomorrow for commendation packs. Hopefully itll be that soon anyways.

Well, got craptory pack (5 each medi-gel, cobra missles, thermals, survivals, adrenaline module II, assault rifle amp I). If I get a crappy hurricane, I think I'll be ragequitting.

ok... how do you claim the commendation pack? i completed a Gold over the weekend. i already got the PoS "Victory" Pack (if that's victorious, i would hate to see a disaster pack), i would like my N7 weapon

Got only equipment from the victory pack not sure if it is the same thing for everybody but I was always low on medigel so i'm content.

Hmm...victory packs are starting to get a little skimpy. They were almost always the consumables, but this pack seemed a little short. Some medi-gel and lvl 1 cyro rounds among other things.

Disaster Pack: +1 level to all common weapons. If any weapons are less than level X, automatic EA server disconnect for a week.

Whether you've received the Victory pack and/or can see the "new" Premium Spectre Packs in the store likely depend on your time zone, whether you've restarted the game and the condition of the server at the moment. The online portion of ME3 is still in its baby stages, we all hope that things will improve, but I have a feeling most dedicated players will need to find their way to a state of uber patience before we are rewarded with a service that works as intended.

As far as status goes:

Operation Exorcist Public Goal was reached, evidenced by multiple reports of people receiving Victory Packs.

Whether you'll receive a Commendation Pack or not depends on whether you achieved the personal goal. Defiinitions of that goal beyond "survive gold" vary. Most say that atleast one member of your team needs to be extracted in order to receive it. Others say that you have to complete gold to extraction without dying. Dying could mean not having to be revived, but I suspect it is actually completing a game to extraction without going into Spectator Mode.

Either way, you'll most certainly receive a Commendation Pack eventually if you completed a gold game without going down at all. If you completed a game with some level of successs in between (had to be revived, went into spectator, etc), your guess is as good as mine as to whether you will receive the goods or not.

Well, Victory pack here in the UK on PS3, although it was a bit underwhelming. I'm very glad I got through a gold full extraction now as I hope the commendation pack will contain more than just expendables. I'm grateful for the medi gel and stuff, as I was all out, but erm, it felt like a survival thing rather than a victory. It was like receiving a ration pack, nothing more. Still, fingers crossed for the commendation.

Was a bit nervous on opening - the spectre pack beforehand cocked up (happens to about 1 in 3 packs now), and I tried the Victory pack which also cocked up. Exited the game and tried again to find credits gone, but Victory pack still openable. Happily, on checking my inventory, it turned out the spectre pack had worked in the background, and I've vaguely worked out what it was. Odd stuff. Better than the in-game discon-
