i cant buy anything in the "store" on multiplayer AND i can't even play a game ... it doesn't even "communicate" with servers ... it just stays at "searching for games" ... it's been like this all day ... what is going on over there? :\\

Dont you know that is not in the EA / BIOWARE buget. They gave that to their share holders because they come first over the product. I hope you did not want something for your money to completely work all the time did you?

If you want a working multiplayer you have to pay much much more, tested even more with out bugs even more, on time packs even more

Come on now get real now.
 
What really sucks is store policy only allows replacement of the same game and no refunds take it up with EA if you have a problem EA says take it take to the store for a refund. So you are stuck as a consumer all sales are final as is were is as is

Dont you know that is not in the EA / BIOWARE buget. They gave that to their share holders because they come first over the product. I hope you did not want something for your money to completely work all the time did you?

I simply commented on a very dramatic sounding post...
I have yet to get my packs, and i also have had no issues with the game connection.
you can check my manifest if you don't believe me.
and i also didn't come to anyones defences...simply stated that you're being a drama queen...

I would personally LOVE to work in Bioware ... its a great game company
I'm actualy in college in game design so i'm honestly hoping to work with bioware some day ... i dunno why you would see it's a problem working with bioware Common Danger

edit: i do want to point out that im not blind to flaws ... i DO know that bioware has flaws but ... still an epic game company

Yajuu Omoi is right, I think it would be wise to mellow out there hoss.  No amount of italicized font or weaving of conspiracy theories will make the wait shorter, it just makes you look entitled.  They put out an update this evening regarding the packs (an update you quoted word for word).  They know it's an issue and they're working on it; if they had an update, they would tell us.
Since they haven't, they're still working on it.
Chill out, the packs will come.

You jumped to a conclusion once again, I attacked no one I stated a fact and quoted another person you took that as a attack. you assumed it,  you gave your self away as an employee of one of the two firms in may of the posts as did the others when one person acused me of being an employee. When the others confirmed I was not and did not work for EA or BIOWARE and acused me of being a "wack job". You fail to rememer that you all gave the locations as "Canada" and "Austin Texas" do you remeber that  conversation. Thats how I got the building prints to the new building in Austin Texas, I am currently looking for code voilations and making notes. New buildings always have code violations all the time.

You will if know if I attack you or a person in a forum here because I will address them or you directly by name to them in a pm. I am not a coward.  I wont post an attack in the forum that is a violation of the TOS.

No word yet.  I'll be heading to bed, no point in stressing over it.

Operation Raptor had some issues where a small number of people didn't get the commendation packs when they were sent to those who had earned them (well, a lot of people, but it was a small number relative to those who got them on time). I believe it took over a week for BioWare to resolve the issue for those players, but they were working on it the whole time and they consistently gave updates.  At no point were the players left high and dry, so I wouldn't worry too much about that either

and i reported it because it was a serious harassment ... your attacking someone on a personal level ... that's not just against site rules, that's against the law ...

I won't claim I've read through this entire thread, but from the bits and pieces I've picked up, people who have claimed their Victory Pack (not Comm Pack) are having issues joining/hosting games.  Some have reported that backing out of multiplayer and starting it up again has helped them, while others say it hasn't.  And the issue may not be limited to those who have redeemed VP's.
Either way, it seems to be related to the issues they are having with granting the rewards; I think it would be safe to assume that once they get that fixed and the VP's/CP's go out to everyone, the connection issues should subside.

I haven't been online tonight (trying to avoid the frustrations) so I don't have any first-hand information to provide. Sorry!
