Look, I didn't mean to offend you and if I did, I'm sorry. However, four of my XBOX LIVE friends are still waiting for their Operation: Raptor packs and this is after contacting Evil Association.

use live chat. it's how i got mine. clling is useless, live chat is better and faster, plus easier.

do it, Bioware sended the pack to EA support, they can give you. I hope they do the same with exorcist, I have no hope of geting it without EA support.

1. People genearlly stop posting when they get their pack.  They certainly don't bother finding their own old whine threads and update them.
2. Some will post that they didn't get their pack when they were confused about whether they earned it.
3. Some will identify a problem and post and whine instead of actually pursuing Customer Service.
