contact them again and see if re-entitling your online pass fixes the issues it has to be done in the EA Server side.
 
They may ask you do delete your online pass form your side you can redownload it again after they fix it on there side so it matches

No they just keep saying that their developers are aware of the problem and they want is to be patient.

I am  sorry to hear that

So they would not re-entitle the online pass for you on their side, when they did this for me it worked right away I let alot of people know and gave out the number to there call center. It helped lots of my freinds.
To bad they are not going that route to fix this issue and and get you back on line.

I guess this would just over whelm their centers, if they did it for one then they would have to do it for everyone

EA Live Chat has been serving out copy/paste answers to a lot of people having this issue. What bothers me is that this is the second time in the past 36 hrs that mp has been messed up.

Is it true that FBW:G gold was removed from the weekend / your gold match had to be random / random to get the comm pack?

Just curious because I randomed into a FBW:Geth match without knowing this and I thought I was good for the event. Not that worried though, I probably wouldn't use the N7 items now that I have Kishock/Striker, just want to make sure if I'm still laggin' on my pack or if I wasn't able to get one at all in the first place.

Im fairly certain the match did not have to be random. I played FBW vs Geth....although I have not gotten a commendation pack yet and I am locked out of multiplayer.....maybe this whole online pass thing is Bioware punishing those of use who took the easy way out during the challenge

PC player here.

ME3 just says I have no online pass, so I cant get onto multiplayer or authenticate DLC, which in turn means I dont know if I have my commendation pack.
EA support doesnt open until 9am in UK so I cant talk to them to sort it yet.

It doesnt say in my registered game content that I completed Op: Exorcist like it did for Goliath & Raptor. To the guys that have their packs, does it say Exorcist in your reg game content area?
