For everyone searching for live chat.

Go to the origin client and look at the top right for the cog. Click it and click on origin help. At the top of the origin help window there should be a live chat button. Click it and wait for the many other people to yell at the poor chat assistants

me too. not usre if i should go to support now or should i wait since they are probably aware of the issue.

Not sure where the website help is. Yes the origin client is the one which holds your game library, the pc launcher

Ok this is just plain annoying now.

Operation Raptor, -> I didn't get a com pack, ok nevermind I don't want to go through such a hassle just to get it. (of course i completed the challenge with online feedback ON, and I promoted more then 2 chars, N7-1100+)

Operation Exorcist -> I didn't get a com pack AGAIN? Bioware... seriously? And I thought my organization was filled with screwups............

i only played 1 game on gold to full extraction, i think i might have got taken down 1 or 2 times but got revived

I got my Victory and Com packs last night. Picked up a Crusader.

I know the challenge said complete any Gold mission to extraction.  I just played Cerberus on Random maps and ended up with about 10 or so successful extractions.

Same here, I completed at least 6 or so gold maps during the weekend, from FB:W/G/G to Random/Random/G and no Commendation pack. Also didn't receive commendation packs on last operation -despite- doing the objectives (With feedback turned on).
Any solutions to this?

I got my Victory and Com packs last night. Picked up a Valiant.

Opened Victory Pack last night. Now, I can't enter MP or play SP (any saves with Ashes)... It fails to "authorize" all DLCs including the Online Pass. It's asking me to enter a code to redeem a pass or to purchase one.

This is ridiculous... So many different variants of the "I can't play MP" issue.

I am also having an issue after redeeming vicory pack last night (not sure if that is related or not). Game is asking me to enter an Online Pass Code... I was playing MP last night... hmm...

I am very bummed out. I received a Commendations Pack, but did not receive a Victory Pack. I contacted customer service at origin EA and they told me there is nothing they can do, because the issue is server related. They offered no other compensation to retain my business in the future, and this will definitely affect the chance of that.
