I've had plenty of disconnection issues and other fun, but the packs do seem to have worked well. Sorry to all those that are having troubles - hope you get yours soon.

I can't log in to talk to support.

If it helps, the packs seem to have a lifetime of 100-150 hours ish, so if things settle over the next day or so, you should still have time to open your pack.

Be careful when talking to EA live chat! I think my chat got hacked. Suddenly without any warning my advisor got changed. He then asked me for my first and last name and email adress. Information that was never asked of me before. Or am I just being paranoid? Is it common to ask this?

I think they ask that if your profile's first/last name is blank or set to something that's obviously not your name.

They need it for their canned responses, "Dear FIRSTNAME LASTNAME, we're aware of yada yada, we're doing nothing to get it fixed. Have a nice day, we certainly are."

Obviously I kid about the example message, I don't know what's being done but I'm sure they're doing something, even if very slowly.

They could've transferred advisors to check details. They will NEVER ask for passwords or social security numbers or private information. Email addresses and names should already be on the account so it should be fine. But don't hold me to this. If you feel unsure then by all means, don't give it to them.

I got the victory pack today, but not the commendation pack... makes no sense. I successfully extracted on 5+ gold games over the weekend, and my 'upload gameplay feedback' is on as always >.>

I think my advisor was just being lazy/stupid. I connected to another one and he also asked for my name, but explained it was for the database. I said I don´t want to give this information and he said it´s OK. Didn´t ask me for my email adress though.

Anyway the account retrieval tool or something is down for the next 1-2 hours, so that´s probably why Live Chat is greyed out atm in the help section.

I have to agree. I imagine people that play the MP but don't come here at BSN. There must be a lot of players that did all the ops but never received a commendation, and they have no idea why, at this point they probably don't even care anymore. This pack issues make the ops almost obsolete as a marketing piece, no doubt in that. Hope they fix someday...
