still no commendation pack for me too, already got my victory pack yesterday T_T should i try to contact live support or wait it out for a while?

I contacted support this morning via phone and was told it would be fixed. Get home from work, no pack. Called again and this time I was told it's a "known issue" and it's being worked on. No ETA.

It doesn't even show up on my game list thing. Very frustrating. I want my shot at a Valiant!

I too have not yet received my commendation pack, though I did get the victory pack. My two roommates, who all played the same games as me and no more, both got theirs no problem. It's also not showing up under registered game content, though golaith and raptor both are. And no, I haven't turned off gameplay uploading between then and now, so that ian't it either.

I gave in and started a chat with tech support--and now the correction tool that tech support uses to fix the comm pack is broken. I was asked to check back in 1-2 hrs. So don't wait in the queue for 30 min unless you're feeling lucky.

I play on both Xbox and PC. I received both Commendation and Victory Packs on Xbox and got an N7 Hurricane, no online pass issues. I only received the Victory pack on PC so far and now have online issues. I play the PC version more than the XBOX version due to ease of use in using a keyboard and mouse, but this now gives me an excuse to play the xbox version so I can level up and play with my friends.

I got my Commendation pack yesterday but then it said "network error" when I tryed to join a game or host 1, so I restarted Origin & then it said "An online pass is needed" but that happend befor so I restarted the commputer, which had worked previously but not this time. I can still do SP but with the "ending" it's not as fun.

The N7 Eagle. There's only one.
The Carnifex is a rare (gold) and the Palidin (the white colored, uber power verson of carnifex) is an ultra-rare (black / Onyx / stripe / watevr)

People who didn't got the Commendation Pack yet, just ask for it in the EA support chat:

They will give it in a few minutes. Don't keep waiting because probably it won't come for the majority, mostly if you had the same issue with previous packs.
